I've had the joy of caring for both dogs and cats my entire life, and I've pet sat for multiple families who trust me to treat their pets like my own. I don't just "watch" animals, I connect with them. I understand their personalities, routines, and needs because animals have always been part of my daily life. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and stress free while you're away.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always aim to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and bedtime, and I make sure they get lots of love, attention, and comfort while you're away. I respect your home by keeping things clean and tidy, and I send regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pets (and house) are in good hands!

10/10! This was my first experience with rover and Lainie was awesome! I reached out pretty last minute, she got back to me immediately! I really appreciated that she proactively let me know she wouldn’t be available until about 15 minutes after one of my requested times and checked to make sure that was okay before confirming through the app. Even a longer delay wouldn’t have mattered, as long as my dog received love and attention, but her communication and professionalism truly stood out.

My pups loved Lainie! They can be picky eaters, but they ate for Lainie right away. Lainie took good notes about all of their likes and she is really great with my fur babies. They felt at ease with her, and I trust her walking them too. I plan to have Lainie come back and do house sitting soon.
I highly recommend Lainie to take the best care of your pet! As someone with years of experience growing up with pets, Lainie has the knowledge and compassion for all furry friends! Not only is she amazing and warm to all animals, but Lainie is also highly responsible, hardworking, and has excellent integrity to allow you to trust her with your pet's care. Her kind and caring nature will make you and your pet feel at ease that they're in great hands!
Lainie has spent time with my dog Priscilla (English Mastiff) an upwards of 100 hours and counting. Her energy with Priscilla was endless: snuggles, walks, fetch, car rides, feeding and watering, etc.! Priscilla is so excited to see her every time she arrives! When I'm not home, I know I can leave Priscilla trusting that she will have fun and be well taken care of. Sometimes work gets crazy and it sets my mind at ease knowing I can call Lainie; she will come take care of Priscilla's bathroom breaks and walk until I can get home! Thank you Lainie!
Lainie is a very loving and caring person! She not only is an amazing pet owner but has had dogs her whole life. Not just dogs but cats, and rabbits as well. She's a very responsible person and takes great pride in giving 100% of herself with whatever job or challenge in life comes her way. All with a smile and positive attitude. People have actually said, Lainie, you are such a good dog mom! I can't say enough good things about Lainie!

Schedule
I work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to focus on pet care throughout the day. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, walks, meals, playtime, and snuggles on a consistent schedule that matches your pet’s routine. Whether your pet needs extra attention, medications, or just a calm presence at home, I’m around and happy to give them the care they deserve.
