About: My love for pets stemmed from a young age. I grew up owning many dogs and I now currently own a handsome cane corso who I rescued. I had been a Vet assistant for a little more than 3 years, working with all kinds of dogs and cats from various ages. I also have plenty of experience with pets who may need a special diet, medication, or routine ! Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my vet assistant job not too long ago due to me leaving for the military. I’m available whenever and anytime as I am always free now. Needed something more flexible for the time i’m still here ! “I took a "test drive" with Mark, leaving my dogs with him for a day. He was a great match for my 2 older dogs. He knew how to match their energy and had a very calm presence when they first met him. My pups will usually bark at people when they first met them but not at Mark. They were fine with him for a full day. He took them for a walk and they were fine for him. My "party pup" wanted more pets from Mark before we left. I definitely recommend Mark for a calm & comfortable person & place of care.”

About: I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around. I’ve cared for about 6 dogs over my lifetime, and would love to care for your pup too. We have a huge yard that is fenced in for them to go out and play and a large neighborhood great for walks. A few of the dogs I have taken care, love to run in our backyard because there is room for them to run. Since I’m retired I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pups. I love dogs and enjoy interacting with them. I want them to be happy and safe. I have a large, fully fenced in backyard and a separate fenced in side yard both of which can be closed and keep the dog inside. I also welcome any crates if a dog feels more comfortable in a crate at night. If a dog is well behaved at night, they could also bring a bed and sleep next to our bed.

“My wife and I booked with Banafshe for a long weekend trip, after our go-to dog sitter was unavailable. We are happy we did. Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. My senior age dog has some separation anxiety issues and is noise sensitive, and the family was patient and kind to him as he settled in to the new environment. I got to relax on my vacation knowing my dog was living his “Other” Best Life!
