My booking that day was a pretty long one and he had no problem stepping up to help out. He also took my dogs out for a run, even though I did not ask that from him because it was above and beyond. He happily met my request for extra precaution to block off/shore up the perimeter on the side of house because I was a little concerned about the gate/fence latch that had 1 fastener loose. After I picked my Huskies up late evening, they were even more calm than usual about coming home and winding down for bedtime. Whatever magic Joshua worked, it was much appreciated!”

He lived a long life and passed away in my arms at 17, which taught me how deeply pets become part of the family. Later, when I became a parent myself, we brought two dogs into our home right away. One of them had a congenital condition, and for 10 years we cared for him very attentively, making sure he lived a happy and comfortable life. However, Avancon and his gracious partner went above and beyond to make him comfortable...I mean, ABOVE and BEYOND!. From hand feeding him his food (wet food!!!!!) to gentle engagement that slowly calmed his nerves and allowed him to relax. Joanna did an excellent job caring for my elderly, medically-complex pup. My husband and I were sooo nervous to leave our baby with a stranger for the first time but twinkle was so warm and welcoming. Our puppy was nervous when we left but shortly after we received photos of him looking so happy!
