About: I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around. I’ve cared for about 6 dogs over my lifetime, and would love to care for your pup too. We have a huge yard that is fenced in for them to go out and play and a large neighborhood great for walks. A few of the dogs I have taken care, love to run in our backyard because there is room for them to run. Since I’m retired I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pups. I love dogs and enjoy interacting with them. I want them to be happy and safe. I have a large, fully fenced in backyard and a separate fenced in side yard both of which can be closed and keep the dog inside. I also welcome any crates if a dog feels more comfortable in a crate at night. If a dog is well behaved at night, they could also bring a bed and sleep next to our bed.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid! I love meeting new animals and caring for them. My experience ranges from boarding animals for 7 days, to doing stop-by visits multiple times per day. I not only love animals but I love giving families the peace of mind that their animal is in good hands. I’m a very caring mother and pet owner who is diligent and flexible. This was our first time leaving our puppy in someone else's care, and we weren't sure how she would react to new dogs and a young child, as she hadn't yet had much exposure to these things. Reinaldo reassured us it would be fine, and sure enough, it was! Even though we just did a short day care, he sent us some update photos and a video, which we really appreciated. We have now found someone who we can trust and can confidently handle our puppy. We are so glad we won't have to worry about boarding our pup while we are away, as we know she will be in Reinaldo's wonderful care.”

About: Hi, my name is Shelley, and I would love to care for your dog! I live in a 2br condo in Mission Viejo with my two dogs. I love taking my dogs on long walks and hikes all over Orange County. I work from home, meaning your pooch would rarely be alone. I was a veterinary technician throughout college and have had dogs my entire life, so you can rest assured your dogs would be safe and well taken care of when they stay with me! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since before I could speak! I have had my own dog since the age of 2. He lived for 19 years and I took him and my schnauzer with me to college because I couldn't stand being away from them! I currently have a Jack Russell Mix that I adopted from the Baja Animal Sanctuary, and she's the most precious little girl. I volunteered throughout high school at a veterinary clinic and eventually worked as a veterinary technician through college. I had planned on going to vet school after taking some time off from undergrad, but I found an amazing career opportunity and now get my animal fix by taking care of friends' dogs when they are out of town. Meet my pets I have a small Jack Russell Mix that is 14 years old. She is a sweetheart once you get to know her, but can be intimidated by other dogs. I also have a 3 year old, 60 lb mixed breed pandemic "puppy" that is attached to me at all times. Mookie loves just about every dog and will love playing with your dog. About my yard Small deck and enclosed back yard perfect for sunbathing, bird watching, and the occasional lizard chasing. My experience administering medication Yes, I have had years of experience administering medication from giving oral pills, treating ears with ear flushes, giving eye drops, vaccines, subcutaneous fluids...you name it! I currently work from home, so I am available to keep your dog company all day long! Midday walks to the park for a lunch break are my favorite! I have a fully fenced backyard for your dog to safely sunbathe and take as many potty breaks as he or she may need. Come say hi!
