“We’re so happy to have met Bradey. We have 2 small malteses. A blind 16 year old (Roxy) and a nervous 4 year old (Bob). Our Roxy gets very anxious and will sometimes have accidents at home. Bradey was greeted with a couple accidents and she helped clean it up. She cleaned up Roxy too. Bob was nervous at first and eventually warmed up to her after a couple treats. She gave us updates throughout the drop in which was really reassuring. She sent us pictures of our dogs and the walks which was great. She did walks with each dog and when I came home from work, they were both so calm. I was almost certain that she may not want to come back as some of our sitters have found Roxy to be overwhelming but instead she sent me the kindest message that she would love to drop in or house sit for both my babies anytime. Annie is amazing! It was my first time having her take care of my cats and I highly recommend. My cats are shy and don’t meet very many strangers. They warmed up to Annie right away. She sent me very detailed notes on her visits and lots of cute pictures. I came home to happy and relaxed kitties who had been very well cared for 😊
Maggie was a last minute find for originally a two day but accommodated for a three day instead. Very flexible and does very well with our frenchie and cavapoo. Special needs dogs and I was not worried at all when Maggie was there to see the pups, feed and even apply medicines (topical and injection!) We found an amazing one.

Bradey takes such good care of our 2 little pups. Sprout gets grumpy with most people but he absolutely loves Bradey. Bob warms up to her, too. I always feel relieved and at ease whenever she watches our babies. She truly is an animal lover. We’re so happy to work with her.
Michelle is wonderful with our puppy Tobie and has been a great help to us on the day we both work and can't be home with him. She has been caring for him since he was 2 months old. He is now 6 months and we are looking forward to many more with Michelle! I highly recommend her.
My cats were well taken care of by Mya. As they are my babies, I would only have someone take care of them who would make sure to follow the feed/ water directions thoroughly, give them love and attention, as well as clean the litter thoroughly every visit. I plan on using her for house sitting through Rover in March with my shepherd included in the bargain.
Shahla was incredible! She watched my cat and rabbit for about a week and sent me constant pictures, videos, and updates. I only expected her to clean the litter box and feed them, but by day 2, she was playing with them and giving them love. I was surprised because both animals are very shy to new people, but they must have sensed her natural instinct and warmed up to her immediately. I’m so grateful for her and will definitely use her again.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
