“We’re so happy to have met Bradey. We have 2 small malteses. A blind 16 year old (Roxy) and a nervous 4 year old (Bob). Our Roxy gets very anxious and will sometimes have accidents at home. Bradey was greeted with a couple accidents and she helped clean it up. She cleaned up Roxy too. Bob was nervous at first and eventually warmed up to her after a couple treats. She gave us updates throughout the drop in which was really reassuring. She sent us pictures of our dogs and the walks which was great. She did walks with each dog and when I came home from work, they were both so calm. I was almost certain that she may not want to come back as some of our sitters have found Roxy to be overwhelming but instead she sent me the kindest message that she would love to drop in or house sit for both my babies anytime. About: I've had dogs as pets since I was a kid. Recently lost my beautiful girl at 14.5 years. I have experience with all ages from puppies to senior dogs and all sizes and also do fostering for a great rescue that I work with. I love all dogs like my own. We hired Annie last minute as our initial plans fell through. I was nervous, as it was the first time I hired a drop-in sitter, but upon our Meet and Greet with Annie, we felt very comfortable and felt safe with Annie in our home and taking care of our kitties. Annie was excellent with cleaning up the litter boxes, feeding as instructed, refilling the water fountains and even playing with one cat who became very comfortable with her in a short time! Our two kitties are typically very shy. She also sent us detailed reports of her visits along with pictures and a video. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her to others.
Maggie was an incredible support in the care of our elderly cats while I was gone for an extended period of time. Chen watched our cats, Moose and Rocky, during our 10-day trip to Japan, and we honestly could not have asked for a better sitter. During her twice-daily visits, she went above and beyond to make sure they got plenty of playtime, affection, and attention. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
