Annie is incredibly responsible, responsive, and caring for our pets. I was genuinely impressed by how well she took care of our cats. She was able to get so many of the specific parts right too, and communicated very well to confirm instructions. She fed our fat cat a little less while making sure the skinny one ate more, she gave meds when needed, and she was also very accommodating and flexible for timing things when one of our family members couldn’t come to take care of the cats. Would highly recommend her.
We had another great experience with Minghua! She took wonderful care of Nori and kept us updated throughout the booking. It’s always reassuring knowing Nori is comfortable and well cared for while we’re away. Would absolutely recommend her and happily book with her again!
Maggie was a last minute find for originally a two day but accommodated for a three day instead. Very flexible and does very well with our frenchie and cavapoo. Special needs dogs and I was not worried at all when Maggie was there to see the pups, feed and even apply medicines (topical and injection!) We found an amazing one.
Dawn is absolutely incredible. She was able to hunt down our very tricky cat and successfully give her the medication she needs. Pet sitters we've used in the past we're not able to do this. She let us know about a leaking pipe outside and was there to troubleshoot. We can't imagine traveling without her.
David is a patient, kind, and lovely human. He has been working with our protective and reactive dog, Momo, for a few months, and after being rejected by more than one doggy hotel and more than one dog sitter, we are so so happy to see Momo’s progress with David. Michelle is wonderful with our puppy Tobie and has been a great help to us on the day we both work and can't be home with him. She has been caring for him since he was 2 months old. He is now 6 months and we are looking forward to many more with Michelle! I highly recommend her.
Kimiko is absolutely amazing. I have three dogs one being an older dog fishing 10 years old and two just turned three years old and very high energy.. Kimiko did amazing with all three of them. Kimiko was very prompt on timing and the request we had. She fulfilled and exceeded on all of the things we asked. Most of all she did extra that was not asked, annd our dogs felt very comfortable with her. Thank you again so much.
This was our second extended booking with Hannah, and once again she was great. She was so patient and understanding with my more challenging, aggressive cat while also giving my sweet, easygoing cat plenty of love and attention. It’s not easy finding someone who can confidently handle both, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also took great care of our home and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend her, especially if you have a pet that needs a little extra patience or understanding.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
