“We’re so happy to have met Bradey. We have 2 small malteses. A blind 16 year old (Roxy) and a nervous 4 year old (Bob). Our Roxy gets very anxious and will sometimes have accidents at home. Bradey was greeted with a couple accidents and she helped clean it up. She cleaned up Roxy too. Bob was nervous at first and eventually warmed up to her after a couple treats. She gave us updates throughout the drop in which was really reassuring. She sent us pictures of our dogs and the walks which was great. She did walks with each dog and when I came home from work, they were both so calm. I was almost certain that she may not want to come back as some of our sitters have found Roxy to be overwhelming but instead she sent me the kindest message that she would love to drop in or house sit for both my babies anytime. Annie is a great catsitter - she is communicative, responsible, thoughtful, and kind. It meant a lot to me that she took her time warming up to my skittish calico, Truffles, & I saw that Truffles warmed up to her fast through the photos that Annie had sent. Truffles avoids people easily so for Truffles to be in close proximity to Annie and to bunt her hand speaks volumes about Annie being an approachable and welcoming catsitter. My male cat, Soba, was also happy to be fed treats from Annie. I appreciate Annie’s detailed check-ins and would highly recommend her!
Maggie is exceptional and did such an amazing job taking care of our special needs dogs. She went above and beyond, and was extremely communicative, generous with her time and energy, and very reliable. I’d recommend her to anyone, especially folks who might be afraid or anxious about leaving their pets. We will be asking for her services more in the future!

Kimiko is absolutely amazing. I have three dogs one being an older dog fishing 10 years old and two just turned three years old and very high energy.. Kimiko did amazing with all three of them. Kimiko was very prompt on timing and the request we had. She fulfilled and exceeded on all of the things we asked. Most of all she did extra that was not asked, annd our dogs felt very comfortable with her. Thank you again so much.
This was our second extended booking with Hannah, and once again she was great. She was so patient and understanding with my more challenging, aggressive cat while also giving my sweet, easygoing cat plenty of love and attention. It’s not easy finding someone who can confidently handle both, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also took great care of our home and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend her, especially if you have a pet that needs a little extra patience or understanding.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
