Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. During my trip, I was getting pictures daily, and I could tell Grace felt at home there, I saw her playing, resting, smiling. About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love them, especially Golden Retrievers. My friends and family trust me with their dogs because I actually enjoy spending time with them. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I don’t personally have a dog at the moment because I travel from time to time, but dogs have always been a big part of my life. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I enjoy spending real time with the pets I care for, whether that means going on walks, playing, hanging out, or just keeping them company. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs. They should also be able to settle without excessive barking. I’m happy to spend plenty of time with them, play, go on walks, and keep them company. I just ask that they don’t have aggressive behavior, biting, frequent accidents, or destructive habits. About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 12 years old! I love how each kitty has their own personality and quirks. I play by their rules, whether that’s respecting their boundaries or giving them as much pets as they want! I’m thorough cleaning the litter boxes, following the feeding schedules, and making sure they have plenty of interaction too (if they allow it lol). About: I have been surrounded by dogs of all ages my whole life, and have extensive experience in plenty of different scenarios. I helped train my dog when she was a puppy, I’m responsible for bathing her, feeding her, picking up her poop, walking her, and more - all the responsibilities of owning a pet. I am also the go-to dog sitter for my friends, family, and colleagues, as I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and do a great job at it. I have experience dog sitting for senior dogs, dogs with special accommodations, dogs who need medication, puppies, hyperactive dogs, standoffish dogs, pretty much every dog under the sun. I have a very flexible part-time job where I can pick my hours, so pet care fits anywhere into my weekly routine where I may choose it. I could only care for pets in the client’s home, as my own dog stays at my house and is a solo act, but in a client’s home I would care for pets as if they were my own. I've taken care of dogs as small as Chihuahuas and as large as a St. Bernard. My dream in life is to open my own animal sanctuary one day. I've been sitting on rover for over a year now, and I love it! So far it's been a great experience, getting to meet lots of new furbabies! I love to take lots of photos of your babies, and am very communicative during my visits. I will follow any and all directions for each visit as I understand each family has different needs. I work 40 hours per week but 'm pretty flexible. You can send me a message about my availability on which days you need me and I will respond asap. I usually respond immediately. Your pet's safety is a top priority. I will ensure your fur babies are safe and comfortable, and make sure to communicate with you during each visit. I have a full time job, but I am able to work around my schedule to care for your babies. If you are a bit flexible, I usually can accept any booking. I have 3 cats that are all indoors. One of my boys likes to go on walks everyday with a leash, he's basically a dog!

She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I enjoy spending real time with the pets I care for, whether that means going on walks, playing, hanging out, or just keeping them company. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs. They should also be able to settle without excessive barking. I’m happy to spend plenty of time with them, play, go on walks, and keep them company. I just ask that they don’t have aggressive behavior, biting, frequent accidents, or destructive habits. A quick meet-and-greet beforehand would be great so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable and it’s a good fit.
