This was our second time using Hailey after her stellar service with a house sit! Hailey stopped by for a drop for my girls and found my dog had decided to tear apart a bag of Halloween decorations. Hailey informed me of the situation and went above and beyond to take care of the mess while making sure my girls were calm, loved, and less anxious before she left. When we got home, our girls were happy and content thanks to Hailey!

Let me start out by saying I worry about my pups when I’m away from them! I have a rescue that can be very reactive and it makes me nervous to leave her. I also have a smaller dog that alerts her to anything or anyone that might be approaching which makes her even more anxious. So when I go away I need someone I can count on to make sure things go smoothly. That person is Daniel! From the moment I met him he was attentive, engaged and the pups loved him! I had mentioned my bad experience with my prior dog sitter and he made sure to make our experience with him a great one! At exactly the time I asked him to come I got a notification that he had started the visit. He did exactly what I asked and then was nice enough to send me a text letting me know that everything went great. I got pics of my pups and I could tell from those pictures that I had nothing to worry about.Every time I reached out to him he responded and rather quickly! There is not one thing I would change. He showed up, he loved my pups, he took care of them and made sure my place was secure when leaving. Now the only thing I worry about is people finding out how great he is and getting all booked up when I need him! Seriously if you need someone you can count on and trust, Daniel is your person!

Our cat is quite anxious and I was worried about leaving her but I quickly felt at ease knowing that Patty was coming twice a day and communicating regularly with lots of detail about how the cat was doing and everything else related to the house. This was our second time booking with Hannah and as always, she was absolutely amazing!! One of our cats is special needs, so he takes some extra care and understanding and Hannah was wonderful with him as always. She’s always professional, on time, follows all directions perfectly, communicates wonderfully with detailed updates and pictures, and is overall just amazing with our two cats who I imagine aren’t the easiest. We adore Hannah and are grateful for her care!
