Ilana has walked our dogs many times when we fell ill and couldn’t. She is so prepared with treats, doggie bags and water. We have never carried water on a walk until we saw Ilana so well prepared. She makes sure to take a water break and the dogs lap it up and are ready to continue on. When our American Staffordshire Terrier wants to lay down for a break, Ilana is so patient and lets him rest until he’s ready to walk back. We can’t recommend Ilana enough. About: I grew up with a very energetic dog and have helped various neighbors and family with walks, meals, and play time. I have been around many the personalities and worked as a dog groomer where I learned skills on proper dog-handling and de-escalation for stressed/anxious pups. I pride myself on being detail oriented and focused, maintaining a safe environment for your furry friends. I am currently working part time and I have a very flexible schedule during the daytime. About: I’ve taken care of several types of dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds. I always know the owner knows best. I like to make sure to care for the pet the same way you guys would. I want them to feel safe and secure around someone new. I know how to read body language and observe any safety issues. I can come to a home every 4 to 8 hours. If that is too long for your pet, I can facilitate another rover at no additional charge. I always make sure I understand the food plan and the medication plan first. This is the most important part of any care. Once those two are handled, I like to discuss walk frequency and paths, play time preferences, and treat options.

I attend school from Tuesday to Friday until 4 pm, but afterward, I'm fully available to spend time with your furry family member. I'll have ample time to engage and play with your dogs! I particularly enjoy daily walks, and having a fluffy companion would make it even more enjoyable. I have a secured yard where the dog can unwind comfortably. On warmer days, I have a kids' pool available, perfect for giving your dog a bath or for some playful splashing. Inside the house, I've ensured a safe environment for dogs, having previously cared for one and prioritized their safety.

My husband and I are retired and we are happily devoted to caring for animals full time. We provide pets with care and attention 24/7. Our job is to make sure that you have peace of mind knowing that your pets are safe, comfortable, and well-cared for. Dogs are always under our supervision whether they choose to sleep, run around in the backyard or have some play time with their peers. Pets are fed according to your schedule, only with the food that you provide and separately from each other. There is always plenty of water for them to drink around the house and outside. I can administer oral and topical medications as well as insulin injections if your pet needs them. We have a solar in our home and run air conditioner liberally to make sure it is always nice and cool (or warm) inside. We have small gates in the house and in the backyard to provide additional safety for our furry clients who can be quite escape artists!
