Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. My husband is home after 3pm on weekdays and always on weekends. Our home has A/C and heat if needed. We have a spacious backyard so dogs can run, play and explore as much as they want. We have one dog, Stevie, who is a rescue and very sweet border collie lab mix who gets along with all dogs. We will treat your dog like part of our family. We will only have one dog and Stevie at a time so as to give extra care and attention. If special circumstance comes up, we may take 2dogs or overlap for few days but will always tell you that upfront. We provide updates via text pic or video and/or email if you wish. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food).
