I’ve always been a total cat person! Whether it’s a playful kitten or a seasoned nap champion, I genuinely enjoy getting to know each cat’s unique personality. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of feline friends: energetic, shy, purr machines, and everything in between. I understand that each cat has different needs…whether that’s active playtime, quiet companionship, or just someone who knows how to give the perfect chin scratch. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and low-stress environment. I keep their routine consistent, from feeding schedules and litter box care to making sure they have clean, cozy spots to relax. I’m also a bit of a neat freak, so their space stays fresh and tidy (no stinky boxes or spilled kibble here!). I pay close attention to their behavior and comfort, and I’m quick to notice if something seems off. You’ll get updates and photos so you can feel confident your cat is doing well and probably living their best life. Cat sitting, for me, is more than just a job. It’s a chance to bond, provide comfort, and be a trustworthy stand-in while you’re away. I genuinely love being part of their day and making sure they’re not just safe, but happy, relaxed, and completely spoiled.

My cat LOVED Jacqueline!!! My cat is very picky and she was absolutely right at home & happy as can be. My cat, Nori, loves staying with Jackie! She always makes sure that Nori feels comfortable and well-adjusted. I receive daily picture updates of Nori and I can tell she is well-loved and cared for, which is a big deal because she can be pretty timid and shy! Jackie has become my go-to sitter and I’ll definitely book with her again!
Jackie and her husband did such a wonderful job looking after my cat Norah during the holidays. They made sure she was comfortable since Nori has a shy personality. Jackie kept me updated throughout Nori’s stay and reassured me when I asked questions! Definitely recommend and will be booking with them again!

Schedule
I babysit or run errands occasionally during the week, but I’m just five minutes away. It’s easy for me to stop by as needed. I have plenty of time to give your cat attention and care when it matters most.

I’m mindful of keeping doors and windows safe, removing any hazards, and ensuring they always have fresh water, a clean litter box, and their favorite cozy spots. I pay close attention to their behavior and health, and I’m quick to notice if something seems off. Whether they’re playful or prefer quiet time, I tailor their care to make them feel safe, seen, and loved.
A typical day
A typical day with cats is all about finding the right balance between routine and comfort. I usually start with fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. Those basics make a big difference. Then, depending on the cat’s mood, there’s playtime with toys, window watching, or quiet moments just lounging together. I check in throughout the day to make sure they’re content, keep their space tidy, and offer plenty of affection (on their terms, of course!). Whether it’s a quick cuddle, brushing session, or just being nearby, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and at ease all day.
