Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. I know my dog was totally pampered while she was with David. My dog looked so happy in the daily photos we received. Also my dog tends to get nervous and will lick herself raw. When we dropped Lucy off she had one spot, because she could tell the trip was coming. When we picked her up the spot was completely healed and there were no new spots!! About: I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around.
