About: I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals over many years, including birds, cats, dogs, fish and others. I’m also the go-to caregiver for my son’s animals whenever needed. Friends know me as a dedicated animal lover and often reach out for help or advice in different pet and wildlife situations. Typically, I stop by in the morning and then again in the late afternoon or evening depending on your preference. I believe pet care should involve more than simply feeding and leaving. I take time to make cats feel comfortable, cared for, and less lonely while their owners are away. During visits, I greet and talk to the cat, refresh water with clean bowls, provide meals according to instructions, and spend quality time doing whatever the cat enjoys most — whether that’s playing, brushing, petting, or simply sitting quietly nearby. I also check and clean the litter box as needed. Visits are typically about 30 minutes or longer, depending on the cat’s personality and level of interaction. Some cats enjoy active attention, while others simply appreciate a calm, reassuring presence. At times, I’ll sit and read quietly so they feel relaxed and accompanied. For evening visits, I can turn on small lights (or follow any specific household instructions) and turn them off during morning visits. Before leaving, I tidy up toys, make sure feeding areas are clean, return everything to its original place, and ensure the home is secure and locked. I also like to send occasional photos or updates so owners can see that their pets are safe, happy, and doing well.

Initially I was worried about Soleil staying with other dogs, but to our surprise, she got along great with the other dogs and it seems like she had a great time. She also sent us pictures and videos of them on walks and it was the cutest thing. I will definitely let her watch my dog in the future and would highly recommend it to others, it was fantastic.”

“Thuy and her family were so good to our pup Juniper! We did a meet and greet and they asked lots of great questions. Once she was there they sent photos (without having to ask!), even got a seat belt tether for her since I forgot to leave hers! They brushed her, took her for walks, played with her and took her out with them, and overall took such good care of her. We already booked another stay with Thuy!”
