Jie is very patient and caring. Manto stayed with her for two days, and she sent some photos and walking videos and was a quick responder. Overall we had a good experience with her. I do wish the updates could be a bit more detailed, but she took good care of Manto.

Jie was very kind and quick with responses. She took care of Bya well for a two nights, including giving her medication she needed. She didn't seem to read my instructions for Bya's feeding or regarding the prong collar. Overall, Bya was happy and healthy when I got her home, and I appreciated Jie's communication.
