Small dog care in RMV!
Meet Shammy & Michael With over 30 years of experience in animal care, we are passionate about providing the best for your pets. Our family includes a 12-year-old Shih-Poo named Shaggy, who is adored by our children (4&6 years old) and treated like a sibling. We live in a pet-friendly community with numerous dog parks, ensuring your dog will receive plenty of love and attention. We work from home, allowing us to care for and walk your dog every few hours, providing much-needed playtime at the dog park. Our home features a small fenced yard, and we are just a two-minute walk from several parks. We do not use crates and prefer well-trained dogs who can enjoy the company of our friendly Shaggy & children without causing any damage. We look forward to welcoming your furry family members into our home! Meet & Greets - if you’d like to set a meet and greet, please book a walking session and let us know that it is for a meet and greet and we can meet you and your furry friend at a local park in RMV.

Schedule
I work from home full time so I am available to care for your dog and walk them every few hours as needed as well as give some much needed playtime at the dog park.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home features a small fenced yard, perfect for quick outdoor breaks. Additionally, we are just a two-minute walk from several spacious parks, ideal for longer play sessions. We do not use crates and prefer well-trained dogs who are comfortable in a home environment and can enjoy playing with our friendly Shih-Poo, Shaggy, our 4 & 6 year old children without causing any damage.
Pets
A typical day
Daily Walks: We explore local parks, giving your pets plenty of exercise and fresh air. Playtime: Whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or playing with their favorite toys, I make sure they stay active and entertained. Socialization: If your pet enjoys the company of other dogs, they can play and interact with my friendly Shih-Poo, Shaggy. Cuddle Time: For pets who love affection, there’s plenty of cuddle time and belly rubs. Special Requests: If your pet has specific activities they enjoy, I’m happy to include those in our routine. I aim to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible!
