I wouldn’t expect anything less for my own fur baby. Hi, I’m Annie! Every pup under my care will be loved and treated like family. ❤️ Please take a moment to look over my care style and policies to see if they align with what you and your pup is looking for before booking. 🐶 Care & Experience • Over 20 years of hands-on dog care experience • Maximum limit of 4 pups per night for personalized attention • Hands on Dog and Cat CPR & First Aid Certified • Patient, affectionate, and highly attentive caregiver • Experienced with dogs of all ages, including seniors and special-needs pups • Care customized to each dog’s routine, preferences, and needs • Services offered: daycare, boarding, and drop-in visits • My husband and I both work from home, so your pup will always have company. We bring dogs with us when we both need to go out and don’t leave them home alone. So far, we haven’t had to leave a dog alone. If we ever do, it would only be for an emergency. 💕 Daily Care & Updates • Scheduled potty breaks every 2–3 hours • Meals followed as instructed • Plenty of cuddles, attention & enrichment • Indoor and outdoor playtime • Quality photos + updates sent daily 🌳 Exercise & Play • Fenced side & backyard areas for safe play time with owners permission & weather permitting • Park walk (with owners permission, weather permitting and my availability) • Fun indoor / outdoor play sessions to keep your pet engaged and happy throughout the day. 🏡 Home Environment • Interior of home is calm, clean, and pet-friendly • Single-family home with fenced outdoor areas • Property features well-kept grassy front and back yards, maintained weekly by a professional gardener • During the rainy season or extreme heat waves a canopy will be available to keep the doggies dry or cool for when they go potty in the backyard 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety • Clean, pet-friendly home: thoroughly maintained weekly with mopping, vacuuming, and dusting • We are a shoes off home. Fur guests coming indoors are wiped down with pet friendly wipes after outdoor time • Flea prevention and vaccinations required for all guests • Indoor & outdoor home security system • Secure two-layer front door for added safety 💊 Medical & Special Care • American Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid Trained - 9/25/2025 • Pet Tech CPR & First Aid Certification Trained - 1/2026 • Experienced administering oral meds, eye drops, ear drops, topical meds, and insulin injections *Medication Care is a special request add on service, add this service when booking. Please go over your pets medical and prescription needs at our meet and greet 😊 Medication Care - Add On Service: • Oral / Topical medications: $8-$50 per day (depending on doses and frequency ) • Insulin injections: $15 per day Service: • Round the clock care after ER: $100-$150 per day 🚕 Convenience - Add On Service • Pick-up & drop-off available (one-way or round-trip) available for day care, boarding, groomer, vet appointments ⏰ Daycare & Boarding Hours ( Please Read Carefully) • Daycare: Up to 8 hours per day (available hours to choose from: 8AM – 6PM) • If you need daycare for more than 8 hours, please select the boarding option instead, as it offers more flexible hours • Boarding: 24-hour period • Drop-off time is your pick-up time • 1-hour grace period for pick-up; if additional time is need, please add extended care to your booking request ✨ Please Read Before Booking! ✨ If additional time may be needed at pick-up, please be sure to add extended-care hours when making your booking. Rover does not automatically adjust for additional pick-up time, so this will need to be added manually. This helps ensure everything goes smoothly at pick-up, with no surprises. 🐶💛 Daycare includes up to 8 hours of care. Anytime over 9 hours please select boarding rates! Thank you! 😊 🐶 Meet & Greet: A required step before your first reservation with me. I want to make sure we are a good fit! Best of all, all meet and greets are FREE! I would love to meet your pet so let’s set one up! During our meet-and-greet, I’ll gather details to create a personalized profile for your dog, including their daily routine, preferences, and any special needs. I’ll rely on these notes to make sure your pup feels comfortable and well cared for when they are with me. If you decide to book, I’ll just ask for your dog’s most recent vaccination records and flea prevention info. This helps ensure all pups under my care are up to date. I’ll also provide a standard pet care waiver. This is a simple, common form used by all boarding and pet care providers. ✨ Reservations Each stay is carefully planned to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for you and your pup(s). Please refer to Rover’s cancellation policy for non-holiday and holiday stays if needed. 🎒 What to Bring for a Cozy & Happy Stay To help your pup feel completely at home, we recommend bringing a few familiar comforts: • Food (please provide pre-portioned meals if your pup has specific feeding preferences) • Favorite treats • Leash, collar, or harness • Crate (if preferred for sleeping or comfort) • A familiar blanket or bed with your scent • Brush or grooming essentials • Pee pads (if needed)• Diapers (if needed) ✨ What’s Included During Their Stay Your pup’s comfort and happiness are our top priorities. Every stay includes: • Fresh food & water bowls • Cozy dog bed • Treats (please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions) • Toys • Pup wipes • Poop bags Together, these comforts create a warm and reassuring environment where your pup can feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home. 🐶
