“My wife and I booked with Banafshe for a long weekend trip, after our go-to dog sitter was unavailable. We are happy we did. Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love them, especially Golden Retrievers. My friends and family trust me with their dogs because I actually enjoy spending time with them. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I don’t personally have a dog at the moment because I travel from time to time, but dogs have always been a big part of my life. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I enjoy spending real time with the pets I care for, whether that means going on walks, playing, hanging out, or just keeping them company. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs. They should also be able to settle without excessive barking. I’m happy to spend plenty of time with them, play, go on walks, and keep them company. I just ask that they don’t have aggressive behavior, biting, frequent accidents, or destructive habits. A quick meet-and-greet beforehand would be great so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable and it’s a good fit.

She also kept his litter box clean, and made sure he was comfortable and doing well during each visit. About: Hi! I have taken care of dogs almost my entire life. I got my first dog when I was 12 and from there on out I have always had at least one. I have always pet sit for family and friends when needed and now I’m looking forward to expanding my services to others. I live in a home and have a fenced in yard. I am used to giving medications if needed and can also care for senior dogs (I have one myself!) I have 2 dogs as of now so your dog will always have someone to play with 😊 I work from home so I am home nearly all day unless I have an errand to run I work from home so I am always home! I also have a backyard where they can run around whenever they want. I usually leave the door cracked for easy in/out access and I have a fully fenced in yard I have a fenced in yard and do frequent potty breaks! If your dog is crate trained I can keep them on whatever schedule they are used to at home. Throughout the years I’ve had to administer my fair share of medication so if your dog needs any medication I would be more than happy to administer! If they come to my home, they will always have a friend to play with since I have 2 dogs myself 🙂

Daily update are usually sent out in the evening time between 4-7pm so you never miss a moment of your pup’s day. 😊 Our routine: For all the pups we start each mornings with potty break around 7:30am followed by breakfast unless other wise requested. Throughout the day, dogs are supervised and let out into the backyard every 3 hours for potty breaks. We love providing lots of love and attention through backyard playtime, calm indoor and outdoor activities, head scratches, and belly rubs. Mealtimes are always kept consistent with your dog’s regular routine. I’m home most of the day and only step out occasionally for Rover walks, drop-in visits, or quick errands. During those times, dogs at home are supervised by my husband. Evenings are all about winding down with dinner, final potty breaks before settling in comfortably for the night. Group Size & Temperaments It’s always nice to make new friends! I keep boarding and daycare groups small, usually four to five dogs or fewer at a time. Each group is thoughtfully booked based on size, energy level, and personality to provided a positive experience for everyone. It’s a wonderful way for your pup to meet new friends in a calm, supervised environment. Just a gentle reminder that space is limited and our availability tends to fill up quickly. Backyard play, sun bathing and potty breaks are always supervised.
