I am an avid advocate for keeping cats indoors unless harness trained or in a pet stroller. I will not let cats out unsupervised even if you do. About: Hi! I have taken care of dogs almost my entire life. I got my first dog when I was 12 and from there on out I have always had at least one. I have always pet sit for family and friends when needed and now I’m looking forward to expanding my services to others. I live in a home and have a fenced in yard. I am used to giving medications if needed and can also care for senior dogs (I have one myself!) I have 2 dogs as of now so your dog will always have someone to play with 😊 I work from home so I am home nearly all day unless I have an errand to run I work from home so I am always home! I also have a backyard where they can run around whenever they want. I usually leave the door cracked for easy in/out access and I have a fully fenced in yard I have a fenced in yard and do frequent potty breaks! If your dog is crate trained I can keep them on whatever schedule they are used to at home. Throughout the years I’ve had to administer my fair share of medication so if your dog needs any medication I would be more than happy to administer! About: Hi! I'm Jon, I'm in my early 40s, and I live with my partner in a condo in Aliso Viejo, CA. (I would be the sole service provider) Until recently, my #1 hobby was spending time with my dog, Mae. I loved taking her out on nature trails and all kinds of adventures (in 2024, I even took Mae on a family road trip all the way up to Seattle and back!). After having her for 9 years in our home, I sadly lost my sweet girl in September 2025; she was about 13 years old and unfortunately had developed several unforeseen medical issues. There were a lot of long days and nights of administering medications and emergency vet visits until I made the hard decision to have her pass in comfort at home. I'm still healing from the loss: since I worked from home, Mae was my shadow all day, every day. I have used Rover for many years, but I'm easing into the other side of being a service provider. In my home: I live in a two-story condo with a loft. Most of the square footage is on the second floor, with a 13-step staircase from the ground floor. For older dogs or those with any hip or joint issues, I have no problem carrying them up or down the stairs. The majority of the main floor has either carpet or large, thick area rugs; the rest of the flooring is wood laminate. I have no problem letting dogs up on furniture or the bed as long as they're fairly clean (especially paws). Your dog will have full access to fresh, cold, filtered water as well as fans/air conditioning, toys and brain enrichment puzzles. I will follow your instructions on what, if any, treats they are allowed to have (and how many). In your home: you make the rules and I will follow them to the letter! I will treat your home and personal property with respect. If I have a question (and I will probably think of lots of them), I will ask you instead of assuming what the answer is. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I have my own car, and I'd love nothing more than to stay home with your dog(s) all day.

Every stay includes: • Fresh food & water bowls • Cozy dog bed • Treats (please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions) • Toys • Pup wipes • Poop bags Together, these comforts create a warm and reassuring environment where your pup can feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home. 🐶 As a full-time Rover service provider, I start each morning with potty breaks followed by breakfast. With your permission and depending on my schedule, we may head out for a walk to a nearby park. Throughout the day, dogs are supervised and let out into the backyard every 2–3 hours for potty breaks, playtime, and fresh air. I love providing lots of love and attention through backyard playtime, calm indoor and outdoor activities, head scratches, and belly rubs. Mealtimes are always kept consistent with your dog’s regular routine. I’m home most of the day and only step out occasionally for Rover walks, drop-in visits, or quick errands. During those times, dogs at home are supervised by my husband. Evenings are all about winding down with a walk to the park, dinner, final potty breaks, and calm relaxation before settling in comfortably for the night. You’ll receive photo and video updates each day, so you never miss a moment of your pup’s stay. 😊 Group Size & Temperaments It’s always nice to make new friends! I keep boarding and daycare groups small, usually four dogs or fewer at a time. Each group is thoughtfully booked based on size, energy level, and personality to provided a positive experience for everyone. It’s a wonderful way for your pup to meet new friends in a calm, supervised environment. 🛡️ Safety First Your pup’s safety is my top priority. I ’m trained in American Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid. I’ve also completed my hands on trading and received my Pet Tech CPR & First Aid Certification, 2026 All walks are always leashed, we avoid interactions with other dogs, and our home is fully secured with locked gates, a two-layer front door, and in/outdoor security. Backyard play, sun bathing and potty breaks are always supervised.

Note on housesitting: My $48 rate only includes the overnight stay. If you require additional dog walking during the day or an extended stay, additional fees will apply. I am available to come to your place to walk or play with your dogs, feed and play with your cats or other animals when you're away or if you're swamped with a long day of work. I can come several times a day if necessary. I can do overnight stays, but am very selective with this option and always require a meet and greet beforehand, normally accompanied by my husband, for safety. I am great at cuddles and am very patient. I realize that some pets are sometimes apprehensive of new people and that's okay, I can work with that. I will never pressure a pet in any way without having built a great connection prior, but I can say that i've never had a pet not eventually love me. I pay close attention to detail and am good at following instructions, so please let me know of anything important beforehand. I have a fairly flexible schedule so I can work with you to accommodate as best as possible. I will let you know when I am unavailable ahead of time. I follow any instruction you leave me so that your pet’s schedule and routine is as minimally disrupted as possible. Staying in their home is usually the best option as that is where they are most comfortable.
