Gus and Tulip (3 year old Bassets) immediately felt comfortable in there new surroundings. Steph was so excited to have them for their playcation. Then poor Gus started having stomach issues, which is never. Steph was pretty concerned and called us right away. We talked things through and she made some big sacrifices adjusting and cooking fresh food for Gus. Well he was fixed right up. We came home and it was as if nothing was wrong. About: Apart from always caring for my own dogs, I have loved walking my old neighbors pups as well. I am average build but strong for my size so I can handle the tugs from the bigger dogs like husky’s. I have an almost 3 month old who I stay home with so I am available for around the clock care for pups, children, or any elders who need assistance. Me and my baby would love to have your fur baby join our walks and play time! When boarding at my home, all we ask is to please bring your pup washed, thank you! p.s. tips are never expected but alwaysss appreciated;) I am a stay at home mom to a very chill and quiet baby. Our days consist of his nap times, sitting on our enclosed balcony, and going on long walks. We live in a condo with a balcony that has no escape route, and a medium size patio/backyard. It does not have grass but we have a 47x32in. artificial grass mat for potty breaks. The condo has stairs as well.

Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. About: My family loves having animals in our home, I have always owned a dog. My beloved childhood dog Teddy that lived to be 18 years old.. now I have a six year old seventy five pound sheepadoodle who is a big loving ball of fluff. We often watch family animals when they need help. I am also an avid walker and walk my dog 4 miles a day so your dog would definitely get adequate exercise. We have always been a dog loving family and love having them in our home. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am home the majority of the day. Your pet will get all of the love and attention. I go for a four mile walk every morning with my dog and 1.5 year old, so I would take your dog too unless otherwise specified. I have full availability unless we are out of town. I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I go for multiple walks a day and have no problem walking two dogs. If your dog needs a crate I can crate them as well as long as you bring their belongings. With that said your dog must be good with other dogs as well as small children, it is a non negotiable. I have 1.5 and 4 year old kids which means you must know for sure that your dog is comfortable around small children.

About: The reflection of a person reflects how a domesticated animal will come to be. Thoughts like these make me want to understand more of why we were put on this world. Animals make me happy. They do things so flowingly and naturally and it’s so unique because it’s so simple. They don’t want to do it, they just do it. Each dog and cat all have their quirks and differences which is why they are so special to me being that all animals are special as well. These thoughts and experiences help me into exploring more of what I want to be as a person with animals and how this could help me to become what I aspire in being and beyond. I go to the gym almost everyday about an hour and a half. I go out most of the weekends usually between 2pm to 1am. 3 adults also live in our household and they already take care of most of the pets in our household. Every single moment counts as animals are in every single moment as well since they are being. To this moment I am still learning to understand all of my pets, they all have their differences and that is what I love so much. I have be different with each one. Adapting is such a big challenge for me because it can require a vast amount of patience and effort. Sometimes things will not go the way you want it to and that’s ok. There will always be another moment to try. These thoughts and reasons are what I want to apply when I’m studying new animals and how I can gain their trust.

About: I’ve been a dog owner since 2013 where I was responsible for feeding, walking, grooming and giving my dog daily exercise activities. I also previously watched dogs for families and friends before apps like Rover came out. I’ve always been naturally friendly with dogs and they take a liking to me. Right now I’m available weekdays. I do work part-time as a sports coach in the afternoons. I do my best to be very present to support my wife and first born seven month old girl. I’m able to walk our fur pals whether their are crated or not with care. Our two dogs (a pure miniature Corgi and white Canaan) used to be crated for when my wife and I went to work. Eventually I worked from home so they didn’t have to be crated during the day. My wife and I moved back home with her parents so our dogs live with my mother on their property.

I pet sit/ walk frequently and love them so much but I am a student at SDSU so I cannot see them frequently. I miss their companionship and would love to take care of your pets and give them so much love <3 I am still in school but have a lot of free time in the afternoons and evenings! I also could drop in early in the morning if needed! I am free on weekends are are available to stay with your furry friends. I take pet care vet seriously and try to connect with pets on a genuine level! I grew up with cats and dogs so I am used to their behavior! Not only do our pets need companionship but also I miss the companionship of my dogs at home!

“I have been using Rover for about 4 years now. I have always had great experiences. Then comes Steph. She was AMAZINGLY GREAT. Gus and Tulip (3 year old Bassets) immediately felt comfortable in there new surroundings. Steph was so excited to have them for their playcation. Then poor Gus started having stomach issues, which is never. Steph was pretty concerned and called us right away. We talked things through and she made some big sacrifices adjusting and cooking fresh food for Gus. Well he was fixed right up. We came home and it was as if nothing was wrong. About: Apart from always caring for my own dogs, I have loved walking my old neighbors pups as well. I am average build but strong for my size so I can handle the tugs from the bigger dogs like husky’s. I have an almost 3 month old who I stay home with so I am available for around the clock care for pups, children, or any elders who need assistance. Me and my baby would love to have your fur baby join our walks and play time! When boarding at my home, all we ask is to please bring your pup washed, thank you! p.s. tips are never expected but alwaysss appreciated;) I am a stay at home mom to a very chill and quiet baby. Our days consist of his nap times, sitting on our enclosed balcony, and going on long walks. We live in a condo with a balcony that has no escape route, and a medium size patio/backyard. It does not have grass but we have a 47x32in. artificial grass mat for potty breaks. The condo has stairs as well.

“My wife and I booked with Banafshe for a long weekend trip, after our go-to dog sitter was unavailable. We are happy we did. Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

“Leslie was absolutely amazing. The sweetest person on earth, she was so patient and so willing to do everything for my dog. My dog was very anxious and was having a little bit of the bubble guts for this trip and she was so willing to take care of him even with the issues at hand. About: The reflection of a person reflects how a domesticated animal will come to be. Thoughts like these make me want to understand more of why we were put on this world. Animals make me happy. They do things so flowingly and naturally and it’s so unique because it’s so simple. They don’t want to do it, they just do it. Each dog and cat all have their quirks and differences which is why they are so special to me being that all animals are special as well. These thoughts and experiences help me into exploring more of what I want to be as a person with animals and how this could help me to become what I aspire in being and beyond. I go to the gym almost everyday about an hour and a half. I go out most of the weekends usually between 2pm to 1am. 3 adults also live in our household and they already take care of most of the pets in our household. Every single moment counts as animals are in every single moment as well since they are being. To this moment I am still learning to understand all of my pets, they all have their differences and that is what I love so much. I have be different with each one. Adapting is such a big challenge for me because it can require a vast amount of patience and effort. Sometimes things will not go the way you want it to and that’s ok. There will always be another moment to try. These thoughts and reasons are what I want to apply when I’m studying new animals and how I can gain their trust.
