Our girl, Teddi, unexpectedly needed dental surgery shortly before we traveled from Denver to Newport Beach for my brother’s wedding, and I ended up driving her with me so I could continue caring for her while she healed. It was also Teddi’s first vacation staying in a hotel, and we weren’t sure how she would do in the room without us. Since the hotel had us agree not to leave dogs unattended, we didn’t want to chance it and found ourselves looking for help pretty last minute.
