“Michelle is great and Ginger loves her! She spends a lot of time playing with her especially since she’s a puppy! Super quick responses as well! Highly recommend”

“Jennie (and Bennie) are the best - see my last review! Jennie worked miracles with our shyest cat. I never thought I’d see him happily come out and meet strangers, and Jennie has patiently socialized him, to the point he happily greets her! Thank you, as always!”

“This was our first time using Rover.com and we were reluctant to reach out to a stranger to stay in our home with our dog. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We are so happy to have found Michelle. She is wonderful with our dog and he loves her, and we were very comfortable having her stay in our home. I highly recommend Michelle for pet and house sitting.”

“Roxy was so amazing with our 2 pugs. We have had a hard time finding a good sitter for them and Roxy went above and beyond. She gave us updates and lots of pictures while we were gone. We knew our sweet pups were getting all the love and care. To be honest I don’t think they missed us too much. Thank you so so much Roxy!!”

About: I have raised my two dogs and cat with all the love I have from just two months old for each one. I took the time to understand each of them and build trust and I will do that for your pet. My own dogs are self-trained and enjoy lots of trips to parks and on hikes. I enjoy staying active with dogs, whether it's longer walks or trips to the dog beach. When friends are out of town, I travel in to experience a new city and house and pet sit. I love all breeds and animals, and am always fascinated by their behaviors. I'm patient and comfortable giving daily supplements and medicine, both for my own pets and for pets I have taken care of. Pet care is a joyful and integral part of my daily life and a great motivator for me! Since I work from home, I have excellent flexibility and availability throughout the day. This means I can offer consistent companionship, timely feeding, regular walks and potty breaks, and plenty of playtime to keep your furry friend happy and engaged. I can easily adapt to your pet's established routine. My home offers a calm and quiet environment, perfect for pets to relax in, and I have a securely fenced yard for safe outdoor time and play. When caring for pets in your home, clear communication and trust are my top priorities. I always provide regular updates with photos, ask clarifying questions to ensure I'm meeting all your pet's needs precisely, and will clearly communicate when I arrive and depart from your home. Your pet's well-being and your peace of mind are paramount.

About: I have worked as a kennel technician and veterinary assistant for over 5 years. Prior to that, I have grown up within a veterinary hospital because both of my parents are veterinarians. I have also been a pet-sitter for over 6 years. I am currently working part-time and participating in a college internship, so I have a very flexible schedule. I would be happy to stop by whenever you need and I look forward to meeting your furry family! I have grown up with no less than 3 dogs and 2 cats in my own home, not to mention a hedgehog and a few guinea pigs. I also have extensive experience with safely walking and caring for dogs while working at the veterinary hospital.

“Marketta watched our 80lb Lab for the first time and we are impressed with her. She is very calm and handles pet routine really well. She had the lab at our house and she maintained the house well (no issues) and kept it clean We will use her again and recommend her highly !”

“Yara is fantastic! She was so communicative, sent plenty of photos throughout the day, and we could tell she really understands dogs exceptionally well. We would absolutely love to work with her again and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog while in the Carmel area!”

“Jess and Dan were fantastic. They were so communicative and sent lots of great updates with photos and videos. House was also cleaned and kept tidy! Thank you!!”

“Larrissa was amazing with my senior dog and very communicative! I appreciate her updates and look forward to using her again soon!”

“Tanya is the best! She came and stayed with our pup for a long weekend and took incredible care of our home & dog. She sent lots of photos and updates and we were able to relax while we were away knowing that our pup was in such good hands. We are so grateful that we got to work with Tanya and will definitely reach out to her in the future.”

“My two large dogs seemed to love their time with Doug! We came home to a clean and orderly home after being away for a few days and appreciated the peace of mind.”

“Danna is AMAZING! I don’t even know where to start. We were left in a bind last minute to have someone watch our goldendoodle while we’re out of the country for 8 days! Danna was more than happy to meet with me for over an hour before I booked her and after meeting her I had complete peace about leaving Bodie in her care. She stayed at our house, took care of the mail, trash day, walked Bodie everyday, threw the ball, took him on coffee outings and sent us pictures, videos, and daily recounts. When we were having tough connections she even downloaded What’s app. My husband and I got updates multiple times a day and I never worried 1 min. Before we returned home she emptied the dishwasher, washed her sheets, and left the sweetest card and some flowers in our kitchen! I cannot recommend her more highly and know when we ever leave town in the future I don’t have to worry about finding someone. Danna is the sweetest person inside and out and will forever be our dog sitter❤️💕❤️💕”

About: Hey there- I'm Adam. I've had the absolute pleasure of living with and taking care of pets for the last several years in LA and OC. Most recently, my experience has included dog sitting an adorable 80lb Instagram celebrity pooch (ask me about it!) during his owner's vacations abroad. What sets me apart is my attention to the highest quality care and ensuring owners feel at ease while away from their pets. I do this through proactive communication, paying close attention to detail and being somebody you can rely on. My job is to not only make your pet feel comfortable, but also their owner! I'd love to get the chance to help you however I can. I work a full-time day job as a Senior Marketing Manager in Irvine from 9am-6pm. My open windows during weekdays generally range from 7-8:30am, 12:00-1:00pm or 7:00-9:00pm. My schedule is more flexible on the weekends when I'm in town. I bring a warm, fun and friendly attitude around pets that I take care of. At the same time, knowing that every pet has their own unique personality, I make sure to respect their needs and moods- whether they're introverted and like to keep to themselves, more playful/ energetic or just need some pets and cuddles! I'm also comfortable with individual needs (e.g. particular diets, medications needed, types of physical activity needed, etc.). All I ask is for full transparency by the owner of any needs I should be aware of to make sure your pet is given the best care possible :)

“Nicole took fantastic care of my senior dog and was great about staying in touch and providing updates.”

About: I have had a dog since I was in 3rd grade and absolutely love them! I have been caring for dogs of all ages for years and have gained trust with all my clients! I have a flexible schedule so I can be there when you need it most. As a college student, I am readily available most nights and weekends! I care for your pet in your home, where your dog feels most safe. I don’t bring the dog to my own home because new environments can cause reactions from dogs and I want them to be happy and safe!

About: I am a Coast Guard veteran and retired Corporate Recruiter, my husband and I are empty nesters, and I am available for pet care during the summer. We love all animals and miss having dogs in our lives. My schedule is very flexible for drop in care, walks, or sleepovers. I can also pick up and deliver pets to appointments or to pet care facilities. Since I am local I can pop in or have your baby visit at my home during walks. Lots of exercise or relaxing and cuddling…whatever you would like for your pet. If doing an over-night I start between 4-6PM and will stay until 6-8AM and will provide exercise walks at no extra charge. After meeting and caring for your pet I can also do what I call RLC (Running Late Care) if you happen to be out and about or are having a great time and want to stay out longer, just call me and if I’m available I can drop in for a walk/feeding. I’ve been a pet parent for over 30 years for dogs, cats, hamsters, a lizard, and fish. I have experience with raising puppies and also caring for 3 senior dogs at a time. Being petless at the moment I hope to care and love on your fur babies while you are away! Since I am retired my days are very flexible. I don't have any regularly scheduled appointments and arrange for my activities between pet care bookings. While your pet is at my home we can go on walks, head to the nearby dog park, or nap in the sun on my large fenced in patio. Cuddling is also on the schedule inside where it's cool. If your baby cannot be left alone, between myself and my husband, someone will always be home with them. I do volunteer work, craft projects, read, and do computer projects remotely so can stay with your fur baby at your home. I live locally and my retired husband is also available as a back up or in case or emergencies. For doggie day care our home is pet proofed, no toxic plants or other animals. When home sitting at your place, I bring an air mattress and my own bedding, you won't even know I was there!

“Allison was absolutely wonderful! She took care of my two fur babies while I was out of the country and kept me updated continuously throughout my trip!”

“Jessica was great for my dogs!! She was very professional and sent me pictures throughout the week. When I returned home they were very happy and relaxed. Will definitely call for her again. Perfect fit for what I needed.”

About: I currently help at a dog shelter walking dogs of all breeds and sizes. I fell in love with one and took her home! I love my two kittens as well. Growing up with dogs and cats whole life has molded me into loving all animals. I’m usually available on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for walks and am flexible with timing. Please message me if you have any questions! Thank you! I use the utmost care for all animals and their surroundings, and will do a meet and greet beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable!
