This was the first time we left our Samoyed Neel with anyone (12 days!), and I was so worried before the trip. Jay and Susan are just wonderful people. They really love dogs and are very professional. They played with Neel everyday and sent me photos and videos. Neel drools a lot, so he needs to wear a bib every day. I packed a big pile of bibs for him, and Jay washed every single used one. I was so surprised, and so grateful for that. Neel came home happy and relaxed, and I got to enjoy my trip without worrying at all. It didn't feel like regular dog boarding at all. They feel more like our family, helping take care of our dog when we travel. We are truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts. For sure we will book them again!
We recently had Bradey stay in our home for two weeks while we traveled, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent, and she carried herself with a level of professionalism that put us completely at ease having her in our home. Our dog Lizzie is older, requires medication several times a day, and typically struggles with separation anxiety when we're away. Bradey handled all of it beautifully. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog who showed no signs of the anxiety we usually worry about, and that alone meant so much to us. Our house was clean and tidy when we returned as well. It's clear Bradey genuinely cares about the animals and homes she's trusted with. We felt completely comfortable with her staying with us, and we'll absolutely be booking her again.
