More than just pets, they're family

Before we start. Safety first. Respectfully, Meet & Greets are required for all new clients regardless of service requested. I will not accept a "blind drop-off" for boarding without first assessing the dog and confirming all boarding requirements are met (read full profile). Your dog deserves the opportunity to meet the person whom they will be staying with & that should happen in advance of the stay. I will not accept a last minute walk request for a dog that has never met me or had me enter their home while the owner is away; such a booking is confusing to the dog and not conducive for safety. Meet & Greets are for the benefit and safety of all involved. Having said that: Hello, my name is Cie (pronounced "C" like the letter) Protecting your doggos while making sure they are all having a good time is my priority. I love animals & wish I had more of my own so caring for your fur-baby brings me much joy. The time I get with your fur-baby gives me that feeling of having an extended pet family. I have many years of experience caring for animals. I look forward to meeting your fur-child and thank you for considering me. As previously stated, Meet and Greets are REQUIRED for all NEW clients regardless of service requested & pets must be current on licensing vaccinations. The following provides a list of items to confirm when seeking services. A partial list is included as an image in the photo library. ***General items to consider before inquiring: 1. Verify your current address, city, zip code & especially vet contact information are accurately reflected within YOUR Rover profile. 2. ARE YOU NEW TO ROVER? Please use my Promo code CIER94782 to get $20 off YOUR FIRST booking. 3. Except for puppies 5 months and younger; I do NOT accept bookings for non-altered LARGE BREED dogs. *occasional case by case basis contingent on familiarity, behavior, & training background ***For those inquiring about BOARDING, I do not accept "blind drop-offs" a Meet and greet is strictly required. My boarding services are very niche. I will only board up to 2 dogs at a time (IF they are from the same household); otherwise, I will only board 1 dog at a time. Prior to boarding the following requirements MUST be met. 4. KENNEL training is required. Images of the kennel area are provided within the profile photo section. The kennel area is only used at night or if the sitter leaves briefly during the day. Please confirm this with your inquiry. 5. I keep a tidy home so when requesting boarding, keep in mind that because YOU ARE BOARDING IN MY HOME; dogs MUST be bathed prior to the stay. 6. Dogs MUST be current on veterinarian prescribed flea preventative Rx. Especially during hot summer months *NO exceptions. Due to the reported nationwide surge in fleas this year and increased cases of flea borne typhus; preventatives MUST kill fleas (It cannot be a topical). Consider a Bravecto, Simparico Trio, or Nextguard chewable tablet. Tablets are easier and safer for animals than topicals. The preventative must kill fleas & prevent infestation. This protects your pets, my pets, future boarders, and my home. I cannot risk getting fleas in my household. Please confirm & list type of preventative your dog is on with your inquiry. My dogs take Bravecto & this year they have also begun taking a weekly supplement of Capstar/CapAction since hearing the news reports of the surge. I'm so sorry but if you're dog is not on a flea preventative tablet that kills fleas, I cannot board. Proof of the preventative is required. 7. Dogs MUST also be neutered / spayed. Please confirm this with your inquiry. 8. As requested by repeat clients: Although, I do not offer doggy day care; IF I do not have boardings scheduled, clients have the option to book an extended hours stay; however, the fee will be the same as an overnight boarding & will be booked as such. This is ideal for clients who prefer their fur-baby be in a cozy home atmosphere rather than a concrete pen with many other dogs or kenneled alone in a crate for extended periods. *Boarding requirements also apply to these type of extended daytime stays. FINALLY: 9. Remember that images taken during your booking are used by Rover to promote Rover.com & also used by sitters on social media & other online platforms to promote their own Rover services. Clients can see their pet's images, Rover reels, videos & reviews posted AT rovermoments so enjoy. 10.Feel free to use my promo code to get your $20 discount EVEN IF YOU BOOK WITH ANOTHER SITTER.

We had a wonderful experience! Cie took great care of our dog, kept us updated with photos and messages, and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our pup was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them!
