About: Animals have been part of my life since childhood — dogs, bunnies, horses, and even llamas. I’ve had everything from boxers to Frenchies and chihuahuas, so I’m great with all personalities, from shy pups to big goofy puppies. I genuinely treat every pet like family and focus on creating a loving, safe space while you’re away. I work remotely on an East Coast schedule, so I’m typically finished by early afternoon. This gives me availability for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. Evenings and weekends are flexible, and I’m able to spend quality time with your dog. I will cherish your pet with as much love as I have. I will find so much joy in watching your pet. I am currently on summer break therefore have several free time to spend with your pup. About: I’ve had a dog the past 8 years and have dog sat for friends and neighbours countless times! I love walking them and giving them all the love they can handle! I’m currently working part time as a nanny and am beginning my masters in nursing this fall. My schedule is fairly flexible and I’m looking forward to giving your dogs all the love and attention! I’m currently home for the summer working a part-time job and looking to fill the gaps with pet care. I already take care of my energetic Duck Tolling Retriever, so I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding, and general care. Attention to your pet, routines, and instructions are my top priority! I make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of attention and exercise, and feel comfortable and relaxed. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space, keep things tidy, and always make sure doors, leashes, and gates are secure. My own dog is always on the move, so I’m used to staying aware of things like open doors and food left out.

About: Since the day I started talking, all I did was ask my parents for a dog. When I turned 9, that dream came true. Buddy was not just a dog, he was an essential part of our family. For fifteen wonderful years we created special memories, inside jokes, nicknames, and an unconditional love from not only us to him but from him to us. In his final years Buddy developed dementia, senior care was never something I had ever put much thought in to. As unfortunate as it is our babies won’t outlive us, giving them the absolute best and most comfortable lives we possibly can is so important. Being a child myself when Buddy came in to our lives, I have true experience with seeing a dog from their first and best days, all the way to the end. These fur babies are just that, our babies, and trusting a stranger with your baby is no small thing! The importance of being not only safe, but loving and kind is something I can always guarantee. The hole that has been left since Buddy left us feels just that much smaller when I get to be around another furry friend 🤍 I work a pretty flexible schedule, I waitress in Newport Beach and am in training to be a Pilates instructor as well. While my schedule does tend to vary, I’m usually in the restaurant Sunday-Wednesday nights with Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays completely off! I live in an apartment, however it is walking distance from the beach and other walking trails. I was raised to leave a place nicer than when you arrived, and between that and my clean freak gene your space will be in good hands! The more instruction for your dog’s routine and information on what will make them happy the better.

About: I grew up in Anchorage Alaska where I made money on the side by caring for and exercising my neighbors' hunting dogs. I also took care of chickens, honeybees, and at times stickleback fish (although that was in more of a lab environment). Emily grew up in South Africa in a household with two dogs, a dozen or so semi-feral cats who meander in and out, and a large number of genuinely wild monkeys who help themselves to the kitchen when nobody is looking. She also rode horses all her life. We just (July 2025) added the newest member to our little fam. Shaka! He’s a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is the sweetest little nugget. He loves loves loves other dogs and all humans, especially the girls, who he knows go gaga over him and guarantee belly rubs. Emily is a PhD student working on her dissertation. I recently defended my PhD and now I run a small startup. We both almost always work from home. We are both also enormously active. Emily qualified for Kona in the Iron Man and she has planked for more than 10 minutes at a time (don't tell her I told you that). I am not a super-athlete, but like to get outdoors. We love exercising and will happily exercise with your pets if they are the types of pets that enjoy walks/runs/dog parks. But if not, our dog Shaka would love to have a buddy to hang out with! His favorite game is tug, so we play a lot of that in the back yard. We unfortunately are not currently living in a place that allows dogs other than Shaka. So any care we provide, other than outdoor adventures, will need to be at your home. We closely follow whatever instructions we are provided. As academics we are both extremely accustomed to closely following instructions in an academic or laboratory context. Animals are much easier than lab work. We give animals plenty of attention and, when appropriate, plenty of exercise. If we think there is something wrong we alert the owner immediately and, if necessary, take the animal to the owner's preferred vet. Most importantly, we know how reassuring it is to get nice photos / videos of a happy pup during their stay. So we like to make sure we send those smiles along.

About: I recently graduated from college (UCI 🐜) and I have so much time to spare this summer! I am very patient, active, and responsible and I love working with cats and dogs. With any of my available services, I will always make sure to put you and your pets first. I just graduated from college and would love to take care of cats and dogs in the city in the last few months of my lease in California. This gives me a very open and flexible schedule for you and your pets! At my college apartment, I don't have any pets. But at home in New Hampshire, I have two cats, one tortoiseshell and a tuxedo boy who are both indoors. I also grew up with a greater swiss mountain dog and took care of her in her senior years.
