My two pups LOVE company and will keep your doggie happy & entertained! We have a full cozy cuddle policy so all are welcome to snuggle on the furniture.

“Our 7yr old mini schnauzer LOVES Al and Dody! He is treated like a member of their family. He looks forward to seeing them and misses them when he leaves. We don't use any other Rover sitter and truly appreciate finding a great match for our fur baby. If your pup does better with one-on-one human attention instead of a kennel/boarding environment, then book early for Al - he is one of the best sitters in Orange County.”

“We were concerned about being away for the first 4th of July from our pup. She gets severe anxiety about fireworks and HB is like a war zone. Sandra was such a great help watching our dog for the 4th. She sent us regular updates and photos, we did not need to worry about a thing and enjoy our trip. Our pup was in the best of hands. I strongly recommend Sandra to take great care of your pet.”

“Bridget was absolutely incredible with our boy! She and her family were so kind and caring, and updated us with lots of photos and videos. Our dog unexpectedly fell sick, and she not only immediately notified us, but took him to the emergency vet within minutes. She felt comfortable caring for him at home and he recovered well with her. Our dog became part of the family with her, and we would not hesitate to ask Bridget to watch him again in the future. She is an absolute gem!”

“Vi was fantastic with Cal and I would trust her to take care of Cal for future boarding. Cal is a recent rescue so I wanted to make sure he was with someone who will provide him with the care he needs. Vi provided Cal with toys, lots of walks and plenty of snuggles. She would update me with pictures and videos of how he was doing daily so that put me at ease. It was also great knowing that she works from home so Cal had a buddy majority of time to hang out with. This was my first Rover experience and it has been an awesome one with Vi. Thank you again for taking care of my lil Cal.”

“Erika is a TRUE ANGEL! Not only did she keep our doodle happy and cared for, she went above and beyond to ensure she had everything she needs. She even made a trip to our vet to get her medicine while we were gone. We got daily updates and adorable photos and sunny was always so happy. I will be using Erika every time we leave town and cannot recommend her enough!!”

About: I’ve been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember. I started volunteering at a local animal shelter in high school back in New Jersey, which gave me hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and temperaments. After moving to NYC, I worked with Social Tees Animal Rescue to foster multiple dogs in my apartment — each with their own personality, needs, and quirks. I loved the challenge and joy of helping them feel safe, loved, and ready for their forever homes. Now that I’m new to Orange County, I’m eager to get involved in the local animal rescue community and am actively researching nearby shelters. In the meantime, I’m hoping to fill the dog-shaped hole in my heart by caring for pups through Rover. I grew up with yellow labs and recently said goodbye to my family dogs, Bo and Luke, in New Jersey — so I know just how special that bond is and how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. I work fully from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. I’m also very active — I’m a runner and yoga teacher — and I take multiple walks along the beach daily, so adding a dog to that routine would be a joy. Regular bathroom breaks, exercise, and quality time are never an issue with my schedule. Whether your pup needs lots of outdoor time or just some extra cuddles and attention during the day, I can easily adjust to their needs. I genuinely enjoy having a dog around and look forward to building a connection with each one I care for. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for a dog in my home or theirs, I make sure the space is completely dog-proofed — no food or harmful items within reach, trash secured, and any off-limits areas blocked off. I always do a quick sweep of the environment to remove potential hazards before the pet arrives or I begin my stay. I also take time to understand each pet’s specific needs and routines — from feeding schedules to preferred walking routes or quirks around other dogs. I never leave pets unsupervised in unfamiliar environments, and I’m mindful of keeping doors securely shut, leashes clipped properly, and making sure they're never out of sight on walks. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and cozy environment where pets feel at ease and pet parents feel confident their animals are in caring, capable hands.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments — from small breeds like Pomeranians to large dogs like German Shepherds. I’m especially comfortable working with active and high-energy dogs, making sure they get enough exercise, structured walks, and engaging playtime to keep them happy and balanced. I also have experience with anxious or sensitive dogs. Two years ago, I adopted a rescue dog, which taught me patience, consistency, and how to build trust while helping a dog feel safe in a new environment. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, and I always aim to create a calm, safe, and loving environment. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I work part-time with a flexible schedule and am available to spend time with your pet at a time that works well for both of us. I live in an apartment complex near a park, and there’s also a dog park on-site. My dog is very friendly and gets along well with others.

“Kaela was wonderful with Shaka and we will definitely leave him with her again. She is thoughtful and kind with the puppy and he’s excited to see her when I drop him off in the morning. 10/10 great dog sitter!”

“We had a great experience with Dan! We felt completely comfortable leaving Freddie with him for the day, which made everything so much easier. He kept us updated and made sure Freddie was having a great time the whole day. Freddie has a lot of puppy energy, and Dan handled it so well. About: I have been a dog lover my whole life! Over the last 13 years, I’ve raised my Jack Russell Chihuahua mix from puppy to healthy senior. Like most millennials, I bought the house with a yard for my dog! I work from home in the tech industry, which allows me to spend all day with your pups, giving them attention throughout the day, taking them for regular walks and potty breaks, and tending to their needs. I live on a quiet block with a peaceful enclosed backyard. I would love to host your fur babies! Full time work from home, flexible schedule that allows for multiple potty breaks and walks. My dog usually walks 3 times a day (15 min each), which I could easily incorporate an additional dog to the walks. The back door is kept open weather permitting for dogs to sniff, sunbathe, and explore. Each pet’s care is unique! Whether that is walking them alone, specific dietary needs, or toys that are off limit. I work closely with you and your pet to tailor to their needs, and ensure a happy and comfortable stay. I always suggest a meet and greet prior to first stay, so we can review your expectations, learn more about how to best communicate with your pet, and ensure we are on the same page for care needs.
“Vi is a wonderful attentive caregiver for doggies. Lovely household setting makes you feel at ease. Very patient with our high anxiety German Shepherd. Vi was even able to point out an issue with our dogs paw we had not yet noticed.”

About: Hi there! I'm Kaimon. An easygoing, calm, and patience dog lover that looks forward to getting your pups outside for some exercise, fresh air, or just a solid sniff session. I'm quite accustomed to dogs that want to stop and investigate every smell along the way - with two hounds (noses with legs) of my own, a beagle and a coonhound. I'm also no stranger to the power walkers out there, and really just used to pups of all demeanors, shapes, and sizes. Spending some of my free time volunteering with local animal rescues and growing up with dogs my entire life, being around them has naturally become a pretty core part of my life. I’m pretty adaptable to different personalities and energy levels. Whether your dog is playful and social, more cautious and shy, or somewhere in between, I try to make walks feel relaxed, safe, and enjoyable for them. Mostly, I just want owners to feel comfortable knowing their dog is being looked after with patience, attention, and care. Pet care fits best into my weekends and the occasional evening. I work a demanding weekday job, but still make time for reliable, attentive walks. Happy to work with whatever leash, harness, or lead setup your dog is used to. I keep walks safe and comfortable while matching each dog’s pace and personality.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have over 10 years of hands-on experience. Right now, I care for my own 7-month-old Belgian Malinois mix puppy, Calico, which has given me plenty of practice handling energetic breeds, training, and creating routines. I also have a gecko, so I’m comfortable caring for exotic pets with unique needs. In the past, I’ve cared for senior dogs too — my current family dog is 12 years old and thriving — so I know how to provide gentle care for older pups. Whether it’s puppies, seniors, or exotic pets, I make sure every animal feels safe, happy, and loved like they’re my own. I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of availability to fit pet care into my routine. Whether you need daily walks, drop-ins, or overnight care, I can be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. :) I make sure every pet has their basic needs met like fresh food, water, bathroom breaks, and a safe, clean environment. I pay close attention to their energy levels, giving active dogs lots of exercise and playtime, while keeping senior or calmer pets comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety, well-being, and routine are always my top priorities.
“Lily was able to jump in last minute when I needed someone fast to walk my 10 year old Labrador. She was professional and communicated perfectly throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be booking again!”

About: I recently graduated from college (UCI 🐜) and I have so much time to spare this summer! I am very patient, active, and responsible and I love working with cats and dogs. With any of my available services, I will always make sure to put you and your pets first. I just graduated from college and would love to take care of cats and dogs in the city in the last few months of my lease in California. This gives me a very open and flexible schedule for you and your pets! At my college apartment, I don't have any pets. But at home in New Hampshire, I have two cats, one tortoiseshell and a tuxedo boy who are both indoors. I also grew up with a greater swiss mountain dog and took care of her in her senior years. My experiences aside, I understand that every cat family is different and have different values which, as a sitter, I would deeply respect.
About: We both grew up with dogs and have always loved having them around. We’re an active couple who genuinely enjoys walking and taking care of pups—we treat every dog like they’re part of the family. We don’t have one of our own just yet, but we definitely plan to once we’ve got the right space. In the meantime, we love spending time with dogs of all ages, from high-energy puppies to mellow seniors. We’re experienced, caring, and always make sure each dog feels safe, loved, and well looked after. Pet care fits easily into our routine! I work fully remote from home, and Sam is a teacher with summers off. Our flexible schedules mean one or both of us is almost always available to give your pup the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays, we’re reliable and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs. Whether we’re in your home or ours, your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. We follow all your care instructions closely and make sure they feel secure and loved. During walks or sitting, we stay attentive, keep pets on leash in safe, familiar areas, and always meet them at their energy and comfort level. Building trust with your pet—and with you—is at the core of how we care for every animal.

About: Hi! I'm Ashley, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I've been walking and dog-sitting for friends, family, and neighbors since I was 12, but recently moved to Orange County and would love to meet some new furry friends in the area! ☀️ I grew up surrounded by dogs ranging from a tiny Yorkie to a Chocolate Lab, so I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I've also been a volunteer with Priceless Pets since 2016, helping care for their dogs and bringing them to community events to help them find their forever homes. As a project manager by day, I'm naturally reliable, organized, and communicative. I know pets are family, and I treat every dog I care for like they're my own! Looking forward to meeting you and your pup 🐶🤎 I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week, and I'm fully available on weekends. Whether your dog needs a quick lunchtime walk, some company during the day, or a longer morning adventure, I'd be happy to help. I'm usually out getting my steps in anyway, so bringing a pup along is a win-win! I'll always take the time to make sure your pet feels comfortable and gets to know me at their own pace. Whether they're energetic and ready to play or a little shy at first, I'll adapt to their needs to help them feel safe and secure. You'll never have to wonder how your pup is doing - my goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable, confident, and cared for from our first meeting!

Newport Beach, working mainly locally. Send me a message, thank you. For boarding I’m often home during the day too, but sometimes out. Let me know how anything specific you’d like me to do. About: Since the day I started talking, all I did was ask my parents for a dog. When I turned 9, that dream came true. Buddy was not just a dog, he was an essential part of our family. For fifteen wonderful years we created special memories, inside jokes, nicknames, and an unconditional love from not only us to him but from him to us. In his final years Buddy developed dementia, senior care was never something I had ever put much thought in to. As unfortunate as it is our babies won’t outlive us, giving them the absolute best and most comfortable lives we possibly can is so important. Being a child myself when Buddy came in to our lives, I have true experience with seeing a dog from their first and best days, all the way to the end. These fur babies are just that, our babies, and trusting a stranger with your baby is no small thing! The importance of being not only safe, but loving and kind is something I can always guarantee. The hole that has been left since Buddy left us feels just that much smaller when I get to be around another furry friend 🤍 I work a pretty flexible schedule, I waitress in Newport Beach and am in training to be a Pilates instructor as well. While my schedule does tend to vary, I’m usually in the restaurant Sunday-Wednesday nights with Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays completely off! I live in an apartment, however it is walking distance from the beach and other walking trails. I was raised to leave a place nicer than when you arrived, and between that and my clean freak gene your space will be in good hands! The more instruction for your dog’s routine and information on what will make them happy the better.
About: I have a very wide range of skills regarding my care for animals. I grew up with a mastiff, a Chihuahua, ferrets, birds, fish, and always a cat so I am very familiar with all different types of animal care. Along with I’ve been riding horses competitively since I was six years old! I am currently a veterinary technician student as well, with 70 hours of completed externship through VCA animal Hospital too! I currently work on Monday through Friday 9 to 4 with plenty of flexibility, and go to veterinary technician school late evening two nights a week. So I am looking to fill my free time in the mornings, evenings and weekends with pet care! I live in an apartment one block from a beach, so I absolutely love to explore the area. And I take extreme caution and care whenever going into new areas/customers homes!
About: Local TCU student home for the summer who loves animals and is looking for a fun, flexible side gig. I’m responsible, easygoing, and happy to hang out with dogs and treat them like my own. I’m currently home for the summer working a part-time job and looking to fill the gaps with pet care. I already take care of my energetic Duck Tolling Retriever, so I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding, and general care. Attention to your pet, routines, and instructions are my top priority! I make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of attention and exercise, and feel comfortable and relaxed. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space, keep things tidy, and always make sure doors, leashes, and gates are secure. My own dog is always on the move, so I’m used to staying aware of things like open doors and food left out.
About: Looking for someone to take the best care of your beloved animal. I’m your girl I’ve been caring for pets my entire life. I also volunteer at priceless pets bc I love animals so much ! I currently have the sweetest Great Dane named Beauty. She’s sincerely the sweetest rescue we have ever had. She is a gentle giant and is truly gentle with every dog she meets. No matter how big or how small your dog or cat is. Rest assured if your pet ever stays at my home. They will have a buddy for life and they will get lots of love, cuddles and beach walks from me. I’ve owned dogs for over 40 years. My previous Great Dane lived to be 12 years old and we rescued Beauty at 14 months. She is now 5 years old and training to be a service dog. I believe love is the number 1 thing a pet needs and Love is absolutely what I’ll give to your furry family member I’m an entrepreneur. So I work from home most days. Which is ideal If you have a pets whom needs more care or if your dog or cat is anxious or has separation anxiety. I'm a very clean and organized individual whom doesn’t mind a little bit of dog/cat hair on my clothing. But as far as the house goes, I keep it clean. Dust and clutter free. I would absolutely keep your home tidy and clean as I don’t sleep well with a mess around me.

“Sunny was great. Very accommodating and loving toward our Champ. She took Champ for walks and helped him learn to walk with a leash, as he's still a pup. She also sent pictures daily of Champ playing and while on their walks. You can sense her love for dogs as soon as you meet her. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and truly enjoy caring for them. Whether it’s playing with an energetic puppy, taking a high-energy dog for a run, or going for a slow, gentle walk with a senior dog, I always adapt to their needs. I feel fortunate to be on Rover, as my flexible hybrid job allows me to dedicate quality time to each pet. My goal is to make every pup feel happy, loved, and completely at ease. Pet care fits into my routine by allowing flexibility around my remote work schedule. On the days I work remotely, I can easily accommodate midday check-ins, walks, or runs for dogs. On weekends, I’m fully available for longer walks, playtime, or extended check-ins, ensuring pets get the attention and exercise they need. As a dog walker and provider of at-home check-ins, I ensure that dogs get regular exercise, bathroom breaks, and playtime according to their individual needs. During check-ins, I make sure they have fresh water, a clean living space, and monitor their well-being. I also send updates to their owners to keep them informed and reassured.
