“SaeWon was incredible and the whole experience was smooth and easy. She was able to accommodate on short notice after our initial sitter plans fell through, and I was super grateful for that. Initially I was worried about Soleil staying with other dogs, but to our surprise, she got along great with the other dogs and it seems like she had a great time. She also sent us pictures and videos of them on walks and it was the cutest thing. I will definitely let her watch my dog in the future and would highly recommend it to others, it was fantastic.”

I just felt it in my heart that she was “the one” to care for our little Buddy a senior dog. We will definitely use Annie again, when we can’t take our dog on vacation with is. “I cannot recommend Bennie and Jennie enough. We sent our two cats to stay with them and I have never been more satisfied with a cat sitter. Their space is very cat friendly, which my cats clearly loved for the many updates we received during their stay. One of our cats needed ear drops twice daily and they were amazing with this-giving them to her with seemingly minimal resistance based on the video and photo updates they sent for each medicine application time. It was clear the cats were comfortable and well taken care of during their stay. We will not hesitate to book again for the next time we need a cat sitter.”

“My wife and I booked with Banafshe for a long weekend trip, after our go-to dog sitter was unavailable. We are happy we did. Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. Connie earned my trust years ago. I have left my dog Yolanda with her probably 15 times. Connie seems to be super sensitive to the feelings of my dog, as shown over and over in the photos of Yolanda that she has sent daily during all of my dog's stays with her. Yolanda is not well and takes roughly 10 pills each day so I need to have someone who I can rely on during the times when I am away and that person is Connie. I don't take a trip unless I know Yolanda can stay with Connie.
Casey and Weiliang are the best! They made our dog feel right at home, helped her settle in, and sent frequent updates that helped us feel at ease as well. They were even able to extend her stay at our last-minute request and were so helpful and understanding when we were running late for pickup. Our dog clearly loves them, and dogs can't lie! :)
Simply the best. Couldn’t have asked for a more warm, fun, and communicative Rover. Temi had no issues with administering Louie’s medication and did everything to make him feel right at home. She’s a gem and we cannot wait to use her again in the near future! Zero hesitation.
Mylo has stayed with Nika and her husband many times before, she’s our go-to sitter. She always send updates with tons of cute photos and Mylo absolutely loves them. Every time we arrive in the neighborhood, he gets all excited, begs to exit the car, and would immediately run up to them!

My boyfriend and i had a great experience leaving our puppy brisket with Volha and kiryl! i had a family emergency so we had to make a last minute flight out of the states and vohla and kiryl were extremely accommodating. We've encountered several great sitters through Rover, but Echo and Rita have really stood out as they've gone above and beyond for our dogs. One of our dogs is still a little young, but they handled her with care and kindness. We received daily, frequent updates about our dogs and could see clearly how they were so pampered and loved while we were away. They got frequent walks and playtime and snuggles. I daresay they were treated even better than at home and they truly enjoyed their time with Echo and Rita. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Echo and Rita to anyone looking for amazing sitters and we look forward to booking with them again! Sam did an amazing job looking after our Frenchie. She was well cared for and Sam provided many pictures throughout her stay. She even dealt with a minor stomach problem that popped up on the first day. Sam was incredibly professional and had a plan in case things got worse. Thankfully it turned out to be nothing but knowing that she was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. We will definitely be back thank you Sam for taking such good care of our dog!.
Ashton and Tyler took such wonderful care of our big lug Dash! We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such kind, capable hands. He came home happy, tired, and clearly well-loved—Willow was the perfect buddy for him too. We absolutely will be booking with them again!
