Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. Yumo was the best! We got updates multiple times every day with both photos and videos. Our dog is usually super anxious when we she stays with dog-sitters and when she comes back normally takes a little time to decompress. With Yumo, she was happy and playful when we picked her up which is a really welcome and wonderful surprise.
I’m so grateful to have found Lisa! We have a 7 month old blue heeler that is a lot of energy. So it was important for us that she be somewhere where she was getting stimulation and exercise while we were away for 2 weeks. She got to play with other pups and go on walks and also have alone time in a crate to sleep and regulate since she is still a puppy. Lisa is calm and loving and knowledgeable and clearly loves animals :) She kept us updated while we were away so we were never worried. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter!
This is the second time we went with Temi. Shes always responsive and sends constant pictures and updates. Our girl had an upset stomach and pooped on her floor, but Temi was really sweet and didnt make us feel bad about it. Temi is such a sweet person. Would highly recommend!

This is my first time using Rover and I am already in love with it because of Hong! Her and her family really took good care of my dog he even still misses them! They are very responsive, keep you updated with a lot of pictures and videos. They really listen to what you want and don’t want to do with the dog! We are so happy we found Igor to take care of our baby Mae! Mae had a wonderful time staying with Igor and his family. We received tons of photos and videos on daily basis, and Mae got to walk in the very peaceful surrounding parks and trails a lot, which she loves. Meagan and Jason watched our senior dog for the third time, while we were away on an extended vacation. They took such great care of Bandit, and we appreciated the care and consideration during his stay—things like asking for advice to make his daily walks more successful, making sure he was dressed and dry from the rain, putting padding down on the floor to make it easier on his joints, and keeping him entertained with treat puzzles. Bandit has really warmed up to Meagan and Jason and we can tell he loves staying with them. We would absolutely recommend Meagan to anyone looking for a sitter!
Adrianna was great with my senior dog, Wally. She was very responsive, efficient and communicated well with me regarding meeting times and introductions in her home. I know that Wally was very well taken care of while he spent the afternoon with her. I will definitely book her again on a future occasion when needed!

Echo took excellent care of Teddy. She is extremely detailed and caring and provides us with ample updates to let us know how he is. Teddy was pampered and loved and I could tell he felt at home with them. Kalvin was fantastic with our Poppy! He sent lots of photos during her stay, gave her extra walks when needed, and clearly made her feel comfortable. Lexie was absolutely AMAZING! In all the years I have used Rover all over northern and southern California, she has been by far my favorite pet sitter. She is so communicative, understanding, and a true dog lover. I’ve never seen Maple and Wasabi warm up to any other sitter the way they did with Lexie, it was so obvious they truly adored her and no wonder why! She included them in everything, played with them, didn’t mind their silly quirks and clinginess — I was so touched she even included them in her everyday routine and took them to work! It was so sweet and reassuring to receive all these updates and see her do all these things we didn’t even ask her to do, especially since it was the first time we have ever left my dogs this long. We will definitely be booking with her and only her again! I’m sure my dogs will be so excited to see her again! 🤣♥️
