“This was our very first time leaving Bear with anyone for any amount of time; whether minutes, hours, much less days. And we needed to leave him for 3 nights! We knew this was going to be a BIG DEAL for him AND US. We were so stressed and anxious because we knew Bear will be wondering what is happening, why is his owners leaving him with someone else, etc. We searched and searched on Rover. We went to several meet & greets (M&G). Bear already knew something was up coz he was howling his head off every time we were in the car heading to another M&G. We got referred by another Rover sitter to Rommel since she also had left her dogs with him. Our M&G with Rommel was great. He was very confident & comfortable handing Bear for the very first time and they proceeded to go for a walk. We decided to go with Rommel. I had to give Rommel detailed instructions since Bear is an EPI dog and needs to take his meds. In addition to his other quirks. During Bear's stay with him, Rommel sent videos every day and a note on how Bear is doing. We were so relieved and happy that Bear was doing well. Rommel was also very responsive and prompt when we asked him questions. Thanks so much for welcoming Bear into your family, Rommel! “Connie is incredibly diligent when it comes to my puppy's care. My dog got multiple long walks a day, lots of pets and snuggles, and lots of love and affection. Connie sends me updates frequently, so I always have peace of mind when my dog is in her care. In fact, my dog might like Connie more than he likes me! This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous about someone watching our dogs. Junping met with us ahead of booking and she helped us feel completely at ease. We made the perfect choice going with her. Junping was professional and very responsive throughout the booking. She loved our dogs like her own and sent lots of daily photos. Best dog sitter ever!!! I truly mean it. Cie really loves pets. We consider ourselves very picky when is about our pets, especially since they are all rescues. Let me tell you something: Cie can have our fur babies closed eyes any time!!! She has been saving us, we explain we were going throug something and she has been the nicest person EVER, she always makes sure you have updates on your pets, she sends photos all the time, she is always keeping and eye on any question you have or you want to see your baby, and if that would not be enough, she goes the extra mile: she spoil your babies a lot, she washes the toys every day, she brushes their hair (we have a cocker spaniel iykyk) and they have a lot of treats. I can't imagine leaving my babies with anyone else. So glad we found her. I can recommend Cie with my life.
Kaylee was responsive and always kept us updated with how our dog was faring. She also made everything really smooth by having a lot of pet supplies available to us in case we forgot or didn’t want to transport everything from our place. Our dog came home very happy and relaxed after her stay with Kaylee.
Polyanna is so great and wonderful with Bruno. I’ve been back to her twice already and have 2 more planned trips coming up and will definitely be rebooking with her again! She’s very responsive and stayed in communication as well as send update pictures throughout the entire time Bruno stayed with her, this made me feel very comfortable and I know Bruno is in good hands.
My dog has had two IVDD surgeries, so we were extremely careful when choosing a sitter for the week. Jesslyn showed so much patience, love, and care for him that I never had to worry while we were away. She sent daily updates, which gave us peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. My dog absolutely loves her and her boyfriend! We will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need someone to watch our pup. Highly recommend!
Connie was amazing with my rescue dog, Oscar! I really don't like leaving him because he gets stressed out very easily. When I picked Oscar up, he seemed extremely relaxed with Connie. He has some quirks but she was so mindful and attentive to his needs. She kept me updated the entire time with pictures and reassured me that he was adjusting well. I feel so much better leaving him now.
Michelle was great. She has a large home for my fur baby to explore. They have several parks nearby for my dog to check out. She sent lots of pictures and our dog was enjoying herself. She is very friendly and kind. We are sorry that she will be unavailable during the school year because I would hire in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, my dog who has GI issues, happened to get a tummy ache. She did a great job communicating with us regularly on her condition. She contacted also our vet. The issue went away within 24 hours. She was positive and tried not to have us get worried. We felt bad that Michelle had to go through that experience.

Emily and her family (Nyla included!) were exceptional looking after our dog River for a week. They were welcoming and friendly and we were very happy leaving River with them. Emily posted pictures everyday - which helped us relax on our break knowing that River was in such a safe and positive environment
I was so impressed with the level of care Heather provided for our senior dog. Caring for my dog takes extra effort due to his health conditions and she was more than willing to go above and beyond to meet all of his needs and more! She communicates frequently and it made me feel at ease while away on our trip. She even sent messages every time she administered his medication so I knew he got each dose. Heather was amazing and I will be definitely be reaching out to her for all my future doggy sitting needs!
My Rover experience with Estafania and family is amazing. Estafania was very responsive on my midnight booking for the early morning next day sitting. The communication, drop off and pick up processes were fine and more importantly my dogs were well loved and cared in their hands. I also had to extend a bit and Estafania just accepted promptly without question. They didn’t just care for my babies but relieved me of my worries the night prior and allowed me to go through my day without having to worry about them, and there’s that great value there.
