About: I've taken care of my friends' dogs for years and adopted my own puppy 3 years ago! I've learned a lot about dog training the past few years, including loose leash walking, clicker training, working on reactivity, recall training, and getting through the puppy and teenage phase! I am familiar with positive reinforcement training and balanced training and can help keep up any training you have been working on with your dog while I take care of them! I'm familiar with various collars - regular, prong, slip, gentle leaders, and harnesses. I'm currently taking a work hiatus from being a pharmacist! So I have flexible scheduling during the day & evenings to help take care of your pup! I'm typically at the ceramics studio on Fridays, but if you let me know 2 weeks in advance of the Friday you need me, I can make arrangements. I am here to help your pets feel as safe and happy as they can while you're away. Just let me know their normal routine (no matter how detailed) and I'm happy to keep it the same for them! I can help administer medications if needed, and can put together multi-step meals with toppers as well!

About: I've been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. Since I was little, my mom would dog sit in our home, and while she was at work, I was the one helping take care of the dogs day-to-day. I would feed them, walk them, clean up after them, and make sure they always felt comfortable and loved. Because of this, I've spent years around dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I connect very well with all animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I've also lived with up to four dogs at once for long periods of time, so I'm very comfortable managing multiple pets and keeping them happy, active, and safe. About: I’ve had a drive to care for animals my entire life! I grew up with dogs and mostly cats and would dog-sitting for family members anytime they needed! I’ve always known that I wanted to work with animals when I grew up but veterinary care would make me too sad as it physically pains me to see sad and hurt animals:( I also have a history with horses and competing! I spent a summer(2023) in Louisiana volunteering at a barn where retired racehorses would get sent to rehab, retrain, and eventually rehome! I would spend all day helping rehab the horses! I worked at PetSmart both in the store as a PetCare Specialist and in the Grooming Salon as a Professional Bather! During my time there I realized how much I love making pets and their parents happy and a little more healthier! I loved talking with pet parents and educating them while also hearing about their furry babies! Nothing made me happier than seeing one of my clients walking in - tail wagging! I have a dog and a cat of my own! My dog is a mini Australian Shepherd whom I have trained myself! He loves to do agility training! I also groom him myself! I rescued my cat from the side of a freeway when he was a little kitten. He’s had some medical issues regarding his bladder so I’m well rounded with cat care and administering medicine! My cat is now my little Velcro kitty who always wants to be involved in what I’m doing! I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs- big and small! While I normally don’t have a preference between the two, I am currently pregnant with my first so I’m only really able to physically handle small/medium dogs for the time being. As a pet mom myself, pet care is a daily routine for me! I am a stay at home wife (soon to be mom) and spend most of my days spoiling my dog and cat! About: Your pet will feel like part of our family with the security of being taken care of by an experienced pet sitter. Our home has a pet friendly yard that the dogs have access to when we are home. We have 1 dog of our own with various visiting dogs that are all friendly, vaccinated and flea treated. Your dog will leave our house well cared for, well played with and well rested. I offer discounts for over 7 nights. All walks are included in the overnight rate and transportation to and from your home can be arranged. Our preference is to schedule a meet-n-greet prior to your dog's stay. We provide dog bowls, dog beds and crates if needed. You will need to provide dog food and anything your dog might have a preference for. I am a full time pet sitter and dog walker. My day starts with dog walks and ends with dog walks. The dogs have access to the yard for playtime and they will also get additional midday walks if that is what they are used to. Our kitchen area is setup as our doggie den with lots of toys, beds and crates for the dogs that prefer privacy. This leafs to the yard where the dogs will have supervised access.
