About: I've taken care of my friends' dogs for years and adopted my own puppy 3 years ago! I've learned a lot about dog training the past few years, including loose leash walking, clicker training, working on reactivity, recall training, and getting through the puppy and teenage phase! I am familiar with positive reinforcement training and balanced training and can help keep up any training you have been working on with your dog while I take care of them! I'm familiar with various collars - regular, prong, slip, gentle leaders, and harnesses. I'm currently taking a work hiatus from being a pharmacist! So I have flexible scheduling during the day & evenings to help take care of your pup! I'm typically at the ceramics studio on Fridays, but if you let me know 2 weeks in advance of the Friday you need me, I can make arrangements. I am here to help your pets feel as safe and happy as they can while you're away. Just let me know their normal routine (no matter how detailed) and I'm happy to keep it the same for them! I can help administer medications if needed, and can put together multi-step meals with toppers as well!

About: I’ve been caring for my own Schnauzer for 5 years, since he was 3 months old. When he was a puppy, he had canine coronavirus, and I personally cared for him throughout his recovery, including taking him to the vet for treatment and making sure he received his medications on schedule. I’m also very active with my dog and take him on two walks every day, usually over an hour each time. I have experience with basic dog training as well, and my dog knows commands such as sit, paw, down, and wait. I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure pets receive plenty of exercise, care, and attention. I’m currently a part-time student, so I have plenty of availability during weekday daytime hours. I’m also occasionally available on weekends and can be flexible depending on your pet’s needs and my class schedule. About: I grew up with a dog and learned how to care for and raise him from a young age. He lived a long life and passed away in my arms at 17, which taught me how deeply pets become part of the family. Later, when I became a parent myself, we brought two dogs into our home right away. One of them had a congenital condition, and for 10 years we cared for him very attentively, making sure he lived a happy and comfortable life. This gave me strong experience not only in daily care, but also in supporting dogs with medical needs. Now our second dog has lost his companion, and I came to Rover to be helpful to other families and their pets. Your dog will not feel lonely — he will have company, care, and a warm, loving environment. I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every dog as part of the family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I stay home most of the day. I structure my day around the dogs — regular walks, feeding, playtime, and rest. It’s very important to me to keep a consistent routine and give each dog enough attention, especially during moments when they may miss their owners. We go on daily walks in safe and pleasant areas nearby. There is also a dog park where your dog can play off-leash if you are comfortable with that, as well as many walking trails for longer, relaxed walks. I always adjust the activity level to your dog’s needs and personality. I also provide regular updates with photos and videos so you can feel comfortable while you’re away. We live in a bright, spacious apartment where your dog will feel comfortable and safe. I accept one dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family, so each pet can receive plenty of attention and care. My child is 16 years old and has a great understanding of how to interact with animals respectfully and calmly. You can leave all your instructions, preferences, and schedules — I will follow them carefully to make sure your dog feels at home and stays in their usual routine.

About: I’ve been around and cared for all kinds of dogs throughout my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and giving them plenty of time to explore and enjoy their surroundings without feeling rushed. I’m very patient and like to get a feel for each dog’s personality and energy level. If they’re excited, playful, and active, I’m happy to match their energy and keep them engaged. If they’re more relaxed or shy, I’m just as happy to give them the space, patience, and comfort they need. My goal is always to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and has a great time while they’re with me! I’m currently a Physical Therapy student, and pet care will be my part-time job alongside school. I don’t work anywhere else, so I’m able to dedicate my free time to caring for your pets! As a pet lover, I thought this would be a great way to do something I enjoy while also helping support my education. In my PT program I only have one 2-hr class a day so I have plenty of free time around that. I’m happy to use my free time for dog walks, drop-ins, playtime, and making sure your pets get plenty of attention and care! 🐾 I’m happy to welcome pets into my home! There is a fenced yard for outdoor play time and spacious indoor space as well. I have one dog and one cat of my own, both are very friendly and used to being around other animals. My dog especially loves having a new friend to play with! I also understand that not every pet is as social or outgoing. If your dog is more shy, nervous, or simply prefers their own space, my home has plenty of room to keep pets in separate areas when needed so they can feel comfortable and adjust at their own pace. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, relaxed, and at home during their stay.

About: If your dog has energy to burn, they’ll fit right in with me. I’m an active runner and hiker based in Irvine near the Spectrum, and I love having a copilot for outdoor adventures. Whether your pup needs a brisk morning walk, games of fetch at the park, or trail exploring on weekends, I make sure they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. This is the only job I have at the moment so my schedule is pretty flexible and can accommodate to your preferred schedule when need be. I am flexible regarding what environment you would want me to take care of your pets. I know some walking trails and dog parks within the area.

Pets’ safety is always my priority. I live in a gated apartment that has two dog parks. There are also plenty of dog waste bag stations and trash cans around the apartment. I’m a very active person and go to the gym four times a week for strength training. I also love hiking and walking, so I genuinely enjoy taking dogs out for walks.

About: I have raised my dogs Mylo (12) and Pawnee (3) since they were 8 weeks old so I am very familiar with every stage from puppy to senior dog. I have also cared for family and friends' pets when they are out of town - this includes walking, feeding, training, bathing, and brushing their teeth. I believe enrichment, exercise, and proper health care for all dogs is so important so I can make sure your pet gets what he/she needs. One of my hobbies is also pet photography so I can take some adorable pictures of your dog for fun! I work remotely at home full-time so I have a flexible schedule to care for my own dogs as well as yours! We love to go on long walks and enjoy the fenced dog park which is conveniently located in my large apartment complex. If I have your dog on the weekend, I am happy to take them to the beach, on a hike, or just cuddle at home depending on their personality and your instructions! My home is clean, puppy-proofed ( you won’t have to worry about your pup eating anything he/she shouldn’t), and readily equipped with lots of great dog toys, treats, enrichment puzzles - you name it! I have two friendly dogs to keep your dog company so he/she will never be bored. I am also prepared to clean any potty accidents that may occur. If you prefer for your dog to be crated or to follow a certain schedule, I can certainly adhere to your preference! I have extra leashes, doggie bags, bowls, and other supplies so you won’t have to worry about forgetting anything. I’m also a hobby photographer so I’ll send some cute photos of your pups :) I work remotely full-time so I go on walks every 2-3 hours regularly. I have two dogs as well so having another furry friend around is great! 2023 Update: I will no longer be allowing people in my home during meet & greets and drop-offs due to personal reasons. I am happy to send photos and videos of my living space.
