I’m a graduated vet student taking a break after graduation, and I’ve been working in the veterinary field for about 7 years. I have my passion as well as knowledge to spend valuable time with your pets! I’m experienced in monitoring medical conditions, administering medications, and responding appropriately in emergencies. Yichen looked after our cats with great attention and care. She provided very detailed notes on each drop-in that she completed. Our kitty cats were spoiled with their special treat sachets and extra goodies we left for them too. We look forward to having Yichen care for them again in the future.
Yichen was great with my cat, Finnegan. He recently started needing medications administered twice a day, and Yichen worked with me to create a schedule that worked for both of us. She did a great job administering his medications, and sent me great detailed updates about their visits. She followed all my instructions, and left my home very clean. I felt very comfortable with Yichen, and Finnegan looked very happy in the photos she provided. I hope to have Yichen care for my Finnegan again in the future.
Yichen provided us with detailed reports and was so gentle and caring to our cat. Our cat is a sensitive, scaredy one but she looked so calm and comfortable when we came back. We are so happy with her care and will definitely ask Yichen for help again in upcoming trips.
Yichen is very attentive, she noticed our cat's auto feeder got unplugged and fixed it. Highly recommend!

Yichen was absolutely wonderful! I hired her for a drop-in visit for my senior dog, Gramps, and she truly went above and beyond. She followed all of his care instructions, made sure he was comfortable and well cared for, and even cleaned up an accident he had. She also took the time to give my two cats, Mochi and Bowie, some love and attention and refreshed their water, even though I hadn’t hired her to care for them. Her detailed Rover card gave me so much peace of mind. You can tell she genuinely loves animals, and I would absolutely trust her with my pets again!

I’m currently working part-time, but I’m very flexible. I normally can provide care throughout the day and evening. I’m also available during weekends and holidays.
