About: I've taken care of my friends' dogs for years and adopted my own puppy 3 years ago! I've learned a lot about dog training the past few years, including loose leash walking, clicker training, working on reactivity, recall training, and getting through the puppy and teenage phase! I am familiar with positive reinforcement training and balanced training and can help keep up any training you have been working on with your dog while I take care of them! I'm familiar with various collars - regular, prong, slip, gentle leaders, and harnesses. I'm currently taking a work hiatus from being a pharmacist! So I have flexible scheduling during the day & evenings to help take care of your pup! I'm typically at the ceramics studio on Fridays, but if you let me know 2 weeks in advance of the Friday you need me, I can make arrangements. I am here to help your pets feel as safe and happy as they can while you're away. Just let me know their normal routine (no matter how detailed) and I'm happy to keep it the same for them! I can help administer medications if needed, and can put together multi-step meals with toppers as well!

About: I’m Lani! 🐾 A lifelong dog lover with plenty of hands-on experience caring for pups of all sizes and personalities! I grew up with dogs and have regularly cared for my family, friends, and neighbors’ dogs, including huskies, french bulldogs, english bulldogs, pit bulls, dachshunds, corgis, an aussiedoodle, and my clumsy loving bernedoodle. My schedule fluctuates, I’m a freelance artist, and a lot of my work takes me abroad. However, when I am home my schedule is open for Rover services. About: I just graduated college with a degree in Animal Science! I worked as a veterinary assistant for 2.5 years and have lots of experience caring for all types of pets. I have experience with puppies and seniors, as well as dogs and cats with special medications/diets and behavioral issues. About: I’ve cared for my Pembroke Welsh Corgi since he was 10 weeks old, and he is now almost five. I enrolled him in puppy classes, established a consistent daily routine, and have always stayed on top of his veterinary care, vaccinations, checkups, grooming, exercise, and enrichment. Raising him from puppyhood taught me how much patience, consistency, attention, and affection dogs need. I can also administer oral medication and am comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I maintain a highly flexible schedule, so i’m readily available for midday walks and drop-in visits, boarding, and house sitting. I can easily accommodate last-minute, same-day appointments. I plan my day around each dog’s usual feeding, potty, walking, medication, and bedtime routine. During boarding or house sitting, dogs may be left alone for up to three hours at a time, depending on their individual needs. Please let me know if your dog requires more frequent supervision before booking. I live with my boyfriend and our Pembroke Welsh Corgi in an apartment with a large patio. Guest dogs are welcome on our furniture and beds, and I do my best to make them feel like part of the family. Dogs are always supervised while using the patio. For boarding, I require a meet-and-greet with my Corgi so we can make sure the dogs are comfortable together. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully, keep dogs leashed outside, monitor interactions, and maintain their established routines. When house sitting or completing drop-in visits, I will treat your home respectfully and make sure it is secured when I leave. I’m also happy to provide regular photos and updates.
