She took the boys on multiple walks throughout the day and let them hang out at the pool cabana!! She was very attentive to them and tried to manage their stress level on their first day. We received photos and video updates every day. They made friends, went on squirrel watch, got plenty of exercises, and most importantly, I think they were VERY well taken care of. We were admittedly nervous about how Miko would react to being left with people she didn’t know, but as soon as Dylan (Kaylee’s husband) opened the door, she bounded into their townhouse and would have run up the stairs if she wasn’t on a leash. All of our anxiety melted away at that moment, knowing that Miko was immediately comfortable in her “vacation home”. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10.
