Della needed to be taken out frequently and Nicole made sure Della got her potty breaks. Aaron gave extra attention to make sure Della got good night sleep. “It’s so hard to leave our little guy. We worry so much about him. We’ve used other rovers and he’s come back with even more anxiety, or he’s lost weight or he smells awful. So when we went searching for someone to watch our dog this past summer we came across this beautiful soul Lisa. She met with me over zoom and calmed my fears. Chip had the most amazing time. He came home so happy and quickly adjusted back to home life. So when we just went away for Thanksgiving it was not even a thought of who we wanted Chip to be with. She puts us at ease while we’re away with constant communication and pictures. We are so grateful for how she takes care of Chip. And will keep using her as long as she will have us.”

Tina was great with our senior Shiba Inu, Yoshi. We booked her on short notice and she was able to accommodate a meet and greet before the trip. She was great at communication, following care instructions (including feeding and medications), and provided frequent updates with photos to give us peace of mind while we were away. We would be happy to book Tina again for doggy boarding!
This is the first time we ever used Rover. I researched all the close pet sitters and Jingying and Alex were fantastic! We were out of the country for 2 weeks and received daily (sometimes several a day) pictures and updates for our fur babies. Coco and Chloe were so well taken care of and we did not worry at all. It made our vacation that much better, knowing that our babies were being spoiled and loved while we were gone, We will reserve time them again when we go on vacation. I gave them a 5 star rating only because 100 stars was not available!!! They are the best of the best!
First time leaving my pup with Jackie. She was very friendly and accommodating and sent me pictures and kept me updated everyday I was gone on my trip! David and his family were amazing. They cared for our senior pup for several days and Banksy seemed happy and very well cared for! We usually take our guy with us when we travel, so leaving him wasn’t easy, but they put us at immediate ease with their communications and dedication to caring for our pup:). Will definitely use them again!!
Our second booking with Meagan was an overnight stay, and our senior pup Bandit has really warmed up to her and her husband. They do an excellent job at sticking to his routine and making sure he gets his medicine and supplements. We know Bandit is well taken care of and will enjoy an extended stay in the future.
We were beyond happy, so happy with Igor watching our active cocker spaniel. Igor is very meticulous and followed exactly the instructions we left him. He reported to us every day about our dog, and he also sent photos and videos. Our dog thrives on walks and Igor took him on long walks and gave him plenty of exercise. I can’t say enough good things about Igor. my picky husband and I highly recommend him and will use him again. What a find!
We feel so lucky to have found Zhongwen and his wonderful family to look after Leo for almost 3 weeks over the holidays. Zhongwen was very communicative with me as he was quick to respond to my questions, and constantly sent me photos and videos of Leo’s time with them. From the videos, I could see that Leo was very comfortable playing with Zhongwen’s son, on their outings, and even during bath time! Thank you so much Zhongwen for taking such good care of Leo - we really appreciate it and we know that Leo would love to board with you again!
Echo took excellent care of Teddy. She is extremely detailed and caring and provides us with ample updates to let us know how he is. Teddy was pampered and loved and I could tell he felt at home with them. This allowed us to vacation and do our planned activities without worrying how he was doing because we knew he was in good hands and comfortable/happy. Thank you so much Echo!!
Kun is wonderful! It is always scary leaving your furry family members behind when traveling. It's hard to know who to trust. Kun took such good care of our fur babies, kept us updated with messages and video, and was such a joy to work with. I cannot recommend her enough ❤️
