I work a full-time job from home and my weekends are pretty flexible. I have some hobbies I like to do on the weekends, but am rarely gone for more than 3 hours and are low commitment so I can skip them if need be.

I live on the third floor, so they need to either be ok with stairs or light enough for me to easily carry up and down.
A typical day
I live in a very clean and safe area with lots of walk-ability and parks to explore! For indoor time there's plenty of blankets for cozy snuggles, and perhaps even the glorious Blanket Pup-burrito (whith their permission of course). I'm also more than happy to help empower any commands/tricks they may be working on!

Pet care experience
I'm the guy at parties hanging out with the dog. I have an adoring obsession with dogs but have been cursed with just bad enough allergies to not have a permanent one myself. Fortunately I've been able to live vicariously through petsitting for friends, but they can only go on so many vacations (despite my insistence)! I grew up with a lhasa Apso named Buster, two terriers named Haley and Comet, and a Chihuahua named Dodger, along with occasionally pet sitting for extended family and friends. I miss having a pooch around and would love to give yours a safe, relaxing place until you get back.

Thomas treated Onion with exceptional kindness and care. Onion is a shy and timid dude who takes a bit of time (often days) to warm up and by the time I picked Onion up he had already grown accustomed to being with Thomas. Thomas took great care to follow our feeding instructions since Onion is on a unique diet and gave him all the walk and rest that Onion needs. I would 100% board with Thomas again when we go out of town in the future.
Thomas was great with our skittish pup and she seemed to warm up to him pretty quick! He sent pictures and videos and was very responsive to our communication. He was very understanding of my nervousness in leaving her with someone new and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for someone to love on your pet while you are away!
He had an excellent time with Thomas! He was happy tail wagging!
I couldn't have asked for a better experience leaving my Yorkie here! From the very first day, I received daily videos, photos, and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. Seeing my pup happy, comfortable, and well cared for made it so easy to relax and fully enjoy my vacation. It's clear how much love and attention goes into caring for each dog. My little guy was treated like family, and I could tell he felt safe and at ease the whole time. Knowing he was in such good hands was truly priceless. I will absolutely be booking again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring sitter for their fur baby!
