Joanna took fantastic care of Maiev when I had to leave town for an impromptu trip over the course of a weekend. She was very accommodating to Maiev’s needs as an active and somewhat nervous dog, making sure Maiev felt comfortable every step of the way. Joanna’s updates and responses were prompt and timely, and I can tell Maiev had a great time in her company, going for regular walks, playing tug-of-war and fetch, and snoozing nearby.
