We were admittedly nervous about how Miko would react to being left with people she didn’t know, but as soon as Dylan (Kaylee’s husband) opened the door, she bounded into their townhouse and would have run up the stairs if she wasn’t on a leash. All of our anxiety melted away at that moment, knowing that Miko was immediately comfortable in her “vacation home”. Kaylee sent pictures and messages every day and seeing Miko so engaged and happy made our vacation even better. She was fantastic. We left our dog with her for 5 days and she was always responding back and sending pictures. She was updating us the whole time on the trip making sure we knew he was walking, being fed, and how he’s doing. Highly recommend leaving your dog with her. She loves pets and treats them so well. This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous about someone watching our dogs. Junping met with us ahead of booking and she helped us feel completely at ease. We made the perfect choice going with her. Junping was professional and very responsive throughout the booking. She loved our dogs like her own and sent lots of daily photos. Best dog sitter ever!!! I truly mean it. Cie really loves pets. We consider ourselves very picky when is about our pets, especially since they are all rescues. Let me tell you something: Cie can have our fur babies closed eyes any time!!! She has been saving us, we explain we were going throug something and she has been the nicest person EVER, she always makes sure you have updates on your pets, she sends photos all the time, she is always keeping and eye on any question you have or you want to see your baby, and if that would not be enough, she goes the extra mile: she spoil your babies a lot, she washes the toys every day, she brushes their hair (we have a cocker spaniel iykyk) and they have a lot of treats. I can't imagine leaving my babies with anyone else. So glad we found her. I can recommend Cie with my life.
Kaylee was responsive and always kept us updated with how our dog was faring. She also made everything really smooth by having a lot of pet supplies available to us in case we forgot or didn’t want to transport everything from our place. Our dog came home very happy and relaxed after her stay with Kaylee.
Ying was amazing!! My baby loved staying with her and she was very diligent. It looked like he had an amazing vacation. My baby was licking his feet due to allergies while he was with her and she immediately reached out to me. I sent his shampoo for his feet. She took him for walks too and made a feeding chart to stay organized. Would definitely send my baby to her again!
We love Mickey and I highly recommend her to watch your loved pets. left my senior 14lb dog with Mickey for 17 nights recently. My dog is my life, he has been abused badly in his previous house and he’s extremely bonded to me. I am very, very picky about who watches him. The friends who watch him when we travel were unavailable and so I had to look for someone new. I loved Mickey’s calm energy at our meet and greet. I could tell she is a kind hearted person and she genuinely cares for dogs. I was nervous as this is my first time using Rover. But Mickey put my mind at ease. She sent me photos and videos every day. My heart was peaceful knowing my dog was safe and well cared for. I will only use her to watch my dog going forward! Thank you Mickey!
Michelle was great. She has a large home for my fur baby to explore. They have several parks nearby for my dog to check out. She sent lots of pictures and our dog was enjoying herself. She is very friendly and kind. We are sorry that she will be unavailable during the school year because I would hire in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, my dog who has GI issues, happened to get a tummy ache. She did a great job communicating with us regularly on her condition. She contacted also our vet. The issue went away within 24 hours. She was positive and tried not to have us get worried. We felt bad that Michelle had to go through that experience.
I was so impressed with the level of care Heather provided for our senior dog. Caring for my dog takes extra effort due to his health conditions and she was more than willing to go above and beyond to meet all of his needs and more! She communicates frequently and it made me feel at ease while away on our trip. She even sent messages every time she administered his medication so I knew he got each dose. Heather was amazing and I will be definitely be reaching out to her for all my future doggy sitting needs!
My Rover experience with Estafania and family is amazing. Estafania was very responsive on my midnight booking for the early morning next day sitting. The communication, drop off and pick up processes were fine and more importantly my dogs were well loved and cared in their hands. I also had to extend a bit and Estafania just accepted promptly without question. They didn’t just care for my babies but relieved me of my worries the night prior and allowed me to go through my day without having to worry about them, and there’s that great value there.
