Avancon has taken great care of our Shepard pup for the second time now, and each stay was for more than 10 days each. Tina was great with our senior Shiba Inu, Yoshi. We booked her on short notice and she was able to accommodate a meet and greet before the trip. She was great at communication, following care instructions (including feeding and medications), and provided frequent updates with photos to give us peace of mind while we were away. We would be happy to book Tina again for doggy boarding!
First time leaving my pup with Jackie. She was very friendly and accommodating and sent me pictures and kept me updated everyday I was gone on my trip! David and his family were amazing. They cared for our senior pup for several days and Banksy seemed happy and very well cared for! We usually take our guy with us when we travel, so leaving him wasn’t easy, but they put us at immediate ease with their communications and dedication to caring for our pup:). We feel so lucky to have found Zhongwen and his wonderful family to look after Leo for almost 3 weeks over the holidays. Zhongwen was very communicative with me as he was quick to respond to my questions, and constantly sent me photos and videos of Leo’s time with them. From the videos, I could see that Leo was very comfortable playing with Zhongwen’s son, on their outings, and even during bath time! Thank you so much Zhongwen for taking such good care of Leo - we really appreciate it and we know that Leo would love to board with you again!
