“Kun, “JK”, took great care of our energetic yellow Labrador, Lucy. We first arranged for a Meet and Greet to ensure that Lucy and JK got along well and they hit it off the second we got out of the car! JK asked to take the leash from me so that she could take control of Lucy on a short walk around the block. JK was very thorough and asked good questions about how Lucy would react if encountering other dogs or kids in public and also wanted to know if she had any other particular needs. I felt much more comfortable leaving Lucy with JK for daycare knowing that she would do her best to care for our girl as well as we would at home. JK took many pictures and videos throughout the day to provide periodic updates and was super responsive to any messages, too. I highly recommend her services.”

I recently graduated from UCSB and moved back home, where I live with my own one-year-old Goldendoodle Willow (who I’ve raised since she was 8 weeks old) and my mom’s two dogs—a sweet Goldendoodle and a Husky. During the week, I split my time between two office locations — one in Anaheim near Honda Center and the other in Corona del Mar near Fashion Island. My typical schedule has me away from home from about 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while Fridays are fully remote and offer much more flexibility. About: I am so excited to rejoin Rover after a brief hiatus to focus on my education! I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! After growing up with my family dog of 17 years, I’ve always been drawn to caring for animals. Through my childhood, I owned dogs, horses, and rabbits and I adopted a Puggle named Rocco in March of 2023. I’ve had experience caring for pets owned by family and friends for the past 8years. I am comfortable feeding, walking, playing, bathing, and administering medication to dogs of all ages and breeds. About: I have been a dog owner for many years, as a child i have always had pets. I have an affinity with taking care of many types of animals, but especially dogs. I have my own maltipoo. Her name is Coco. I adopted her when she was only a little puppy. So i am very adept at taking care of puppies as well. I know how needy they can be, but that almost makes me love them even more. Knowing an animal needs you, makes you want to make sure they have everything they need. I adopted a Kitten as well, which has been a bundle of joy. I had no idea how sweet and cuddly cats could be. Im very happy my cat has changed my mind about cats. Right now i am currently not working, so dog/cat sitting for me seemed like a great idea for me in every way. Nala sleeps in a crate at night, but I am happy to accommodate your dog’s normal sleeping arrangements, whether that’s a crate, dog bed, or out in the open. We treat pets like family in our home, so dogs are welcome on the couch, bed, and in the spaces they’re used to enjoying if that aligns with your preferences and home rules. I know being away from your pup can be hard, so I’m happy to send regular photo and update check-ins to help you feel connected and reassured while you’re away. To ensure personalized attention and a calm environment, I only host one guest dog at a time, so your pup receives lots of one-on-one love and care while staying with us. I do ask that dogs are comfortable around children and other dogs, and are reasonably house-trained and comfortable spending short periods indoors when needed.
