“I appreciate Joshua's quick communicating on short notice. We were able to have a nice chat when I dropped off my dogs and make sure everything was okay with his 2 dogs. My booking that day was a pretty long one and he had no problem stepping up to help out. He also took my dogs out for a run, even though I did not ask that from him because it was above and beyond. He happily met my request for extra precaution to block off/shore up the perimeter on the side of house because I was a little concerned about the gate/fence latch that had 1 fastener loose. After I picked my Huskies up late evening, they were even more calm than usual about coming home and winding down for bedtime. Whatever magic Joshua worked, it was much appreciated!”

About: I've owned two giants who I had all their life. I've watched neighbors dogs from tiny to big. I genuinely love our barking buddies and I'll do anything to keep them happy. Lots of play, nice long walks with provisions, if medicine is needed I'm capable of giving it, all the attention, and loads of love. Pet care is my full time priority, for any type of care at my home. However, transportation for me to you can be a little inconsistent so I would need a little more time to prepare before taking care of your pet at your home. In my apartment there are plenty of trails nearby to give your friend lots and lots of exercise. Also simply walking around my complex for potty breaks. Feeding and walk schedule determined by you. If your cat needs time to decompress, hide, observe, or slowly adjust, I completely respect that. About: Hi, I'm Amyra! 😊 Animals are my pride and joy. I have done numerous amounts of professional and volunteer work with animals including horses. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, and of many different backgrounds. With that being said, I have some experience with aggressive and reactive dogs as well. Winning an anxious dog over is my specialty. I'm very good with puppies and kittens, and to be honest, I tend to baby any animal regardless of how old they are. I have worked with sick dogs who frequently needed to be groomed and cleaned up due to medical issues. I've worked with many blind and deaf dogs as well. I have worked with cats very closely at multiple animal shelters. I also have experience with special needs cats with cerebellar hypoplasia which is much like the cat equivalent of cerebral palsy. So if your pet has any special needs, there will never be an issue. About: I have grown up my whole life with dogs, and I am very comfortable around all types. I have volunteered at the Dane County Humane Society as an Adoption Counselor while in college, so I have undergone behavior training for many aspects of dog care. I am familiar with walking dogs on leases, with harnesses, using commands, as well as resource guarding, jumpy/mouthy/mounting behavior, shy/fearfulness, and escape artists. I only use positive reinforcement for training. I have an educational background in genetics and public health, and I am involved in my local religious community as well. I’ve lived in OC for about 3 years now, having moved from the Midwest. In my spare time I’m learning to crochet, and I love playing with my dog Pax, a chihuahua/pomeranian mix whom I’ve recently adopted. I work from home, so am around most of the day, and have a small fenced in patio for potty breaks between walks. I’m a fan of the local dog parks, and will bring your dog there with your permission. I work from home, so my dog gets a minimum of 3 walks around the neighborhood and we often go to a local dog park too after work. I’m rarely away from home for more than 4 hours at a time. My fenced in patio is open for potty breaks, but I usually do a minimum of 3 walks per day around my neighborhood. I’m also happy to bring them to dog parks for socialization. Since I have a dog myself, there will also be plenty of socialization at home.
