Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love them, especially Golden Retrievers. My friends and family trust me with their dogs because I actually enjoy spending time with them. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I don’t personally have a dog at the moment because I travel from time to time, but dogs have always been a big part of my life. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. “Grace had the best time with Neha and her family! Grace stayed an entire month so it was crucial for me to know that she was going to be taken care of appropriately, especially as I was going abroad. This is a stressful time for a dog owner as you want to be sure you are making the right choice. Immediately after meeting with Neha and her husband, I knew that she would be well at Neha's. Grace and Hachi (Neha's dog) hit it off nicely and got along together quickly. Neha's house was very welcoming and dog friendly. Neha and her husband were very kind, they wanted to be sure they could provide appropriate care for my dog and that their dog and mine would get along. All the conditions were there for me, really. During my trip, I was getting pictures daily, and I could tell Grace felt at home there, I saw her playing, resting, smiling. I almost fell bad she would have to leave because she no longer have dog friends to play with at home (my other dog passed away recently). I would definitely ask Neha to watch Grace again and we talked about having play dates for Grace and Hachi in the near future. 5 stars! Well deserved!”
“Cie is a no-nonsense Super Nanny ⭐️ to my boy Frenchies, Patch & Rocky. They stayed with Cie for 5 nights. She took the boys on multiple walks throughout the day and let them hang out at the pool cabana!! She was very attentive to them and tried to manage their stress level on their first day. We received photos and video updates every day. They made friends, went on squirrel watch, got plenty of exercises, and most importantly, I think they were VERY well taken care of. They even got a Report Card for their stay. 😂 I think Cie Is a true dog lover and genuinely cares for the pets in her care. My frenchies came back happier than when I left them, and this is how I know they had a great time at Cie’s.”

“This was our first experience with Rover and leaving Miko with anyone outside of family. We were admittedly nervous about how Miko would react to being left with people she didn’t know, but as soon as Dylan (Kaylee’s husband) opened the door, she bounded into their townhouse and would have run up the stairs if she wasn’t on a leash. All of our anxiety melted away at that moment, knowing that Miko was immediately comfortable in her “vacation home”. Kaylee sent pictures and messages every day and seeing Miko so engaged and happy made our vacation even better. About: Hi! I'm Debbie, and caring for animals has been my passion for most of my life. I began volunteering at a veterinary hospital as a teenager and was hired at just 16 years old. I pursued veterinary technology, passed the California Registered Veterinary Technician state board examination in 2011, and have spent nearly two decades working in small animal veterinary medicine.
