Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love them, especially Golden Retrievers. My friends and family trust me with their dogs because I actually enjoy spending time with them. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I don’t personally have a dog at the moment because I travel from time to time, but dogs have always been a big part of my life. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I enjoy spending real time with the pets I care for, whether that means going on walks, playing, hanging out, or just keeping them company. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs. They should also be able to settle without excessive barking. I’m happy to spend plenty of time with them, play, go on walks, and keep them company. I just ask that they don’t have aggressive behavior, biting, frequent accidents, or destructive habits. A quick meet-and-greet beforehand would be great so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable and it’s a good fit.

I play by their rules, whether that’s respecting their boundaries or giving them as much pets as they want! I helped train my dog when she was a puppy, I’m responsible for bathing her, feeding her, picking up her poop, walking her, and more - all the responsibilities of owning a pet. I have experience dog sitting for senior dogs, dogs with special accommodations, dogs who need medication, puppies, hyperactive dogs, standoffish dogs, pretty much every dog under the sun. I would love to meet your pet so let’s set one up! During our meet-and-greet, I’ll gather details to create a personalized profile for your dog, including their daily routine, preferences, and any special needs. I’ll rely on these notes to make sure your pup feels comfortable and well cared for when they are with me. If you decide to book, I’ll just ask for your dog’s most recent vaccination records and flea prevention info. This helps ensure all pups under my care are up to date. I’ll also provide a standard pet care waiver. This is a simple, common form used by all boarding and pet care providers. ✨ Reservations Each stay is carefully planned to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for you and your pup(s). Please refer to Rover’s cancellation policy for non-holiday and holiday stays if needed. 🎒 What to Bring for a Cozy & Happy Stay To help your pup feel completely at home, we recommend bringing a few familiar comforts: • Food (please provide pre-portioned meals if your pup has specific feeding preferences) • Favorite treats • Leash, collar, or harness • Crate (if preferred for sleeping or comfort) • A familiar blanket or bed with your scent • Brush or grooming essentials • Pee pads (if needed)• Diapers (if needed) ✨ What’s Included During Their Stay Your pup’s comfort and happiness are our top priorities. Every stay includes: • Fresh food & water bowls • Cozy dog bed • Treats (please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions) • Toys • Pup wipes • Poop bags Together, these comforts create a warm and reassuring environment where your pup can feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home. 🐶 As a full-time Rover service provider, You’ll receive daily update with photos. Daily update are usually sent out in the evening time between 4-7pm so you never miss a moment of your pup’s day. 😊 Our routine: For all the pups we start each mornings with potty break around 7:30am followed by breakfast unless other wise requested. Throughout the day, dogs are supervised and let out into the backyard every 3 hours for potty breaks. We love providing lots of love and attention through backyard playtime, calm indoor and outdoor activities, head scratches, and belly rubs. Mealtimes are always kept consistent with your dog’s regular routine. I’m home most of the day and only step out occasionally for Rover walks, drop-in visits, or quick errands. During those times, dogs at home are supervised by my husband. Evenings are all about winding down with dinner, final potty breaks before settling in comfortably for the night. Group Size & Temperaments It’s always nice to make new friends! I keep boarding and daycare groups small, usually four to five dogs or fewer at a time. Each group is thoughtfully booked based on size, energy level, and personality to provided a positive experience for everyone. It’s a wonderful way for your pup to meet new friends in a calm, supervised environment. Just a gentle reminder that space is limited and our availability tends to fill up quickly. We recommend booking early to secure your spot. We’d love to have your pup with us. Thank you for your understanding 😊🩷🐶 🛡️ Safety First Your pup’s safety is my top priority. I ’m trained in American Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid. I’ve also completed my hands on trading and received my Pet Tech CPR & First Aid Certification, 2026 All walks are always leashed, we avoid interactions with other dogs, and our home is fully secured with locked gates, a two-layer front door, and in/outdoor security. Backyard play, sun bathing and potty breaks are always supervised.

She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love them, especially Golden Retrievers. My friends and family trust me with their dogs because I actually enjoy spending time with them. I hang out with them, play with them, take them on walks, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I don’t personally have a dog at the moment because I travel from time to time, but dogs have always been a big part of my life. My wife has owned two dogs, and I’ve personally had cats, so I’m very comfortable around animals and caring for them. I’m patient, calm, and good at building trust, especially with pets who may need a little time to warm up. I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I enjoy spending real time with the pets I care for, whether that means going on walks, playing, hanging out, or just keeping them company. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs. They should also be able to settle without excessive barking. I’m happy to spend plenty of time with them, play, go on walks, and keep them company. I just ask that they don’t have aggressive behavior, biting, frequent accidents, or destructive habits. A quick meet-and-greet beforehand would be great so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable and it’s a good fit.
