“Reinaldo is awesome! He is very prompt at responding to messages. This was our first time leaving our puppy in someone else's care, and we weren't sure how she would react to new dogs and a young child, as she hadn't yet had much exposure to these things. Reinaldo reassured us it would be fine, and sure enough, it was! Even though we just did a short day care, he sent us some update photos and a video, which we really appreciated. We have now found someone who we can trust and can confidently handle our puppy. We are so glad we won't have to worry about boarding our pup while we are away, as we know she will be in Reinaldo's wonderful care.”

Olga was fantastic at keeping in touch before Tofu’s stay, ensuring every detail was covered. During Tofu's stay, she sent me updates and photos/videos, which was incredibly reassuring. Knowing Tofu was safe and happy made all the difference. In my rush to drop Tofu off, I forgot his leash, but Olga was so kind and told me not to worry as she had a spare. “It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Hina to be your pet’s caregiver! Hina has those unique nurturing skills that are just rare to find. Every cat or dog that crosses her path loves her instantly!! I don’t know how or why, but they become so attached to her so quickly. People say animals can sense when someone has a good heart, and I assure you Hina’s is nothing less than pure gold. There is no “I’m a dog/cat person” in Hina’s dictionary; she loves cats, dogs, raccoons, and pretty much every animal you can think of! She has also had a lot of experience with many pets, including both cats and dogs. She has had adorable gypsy (cat) for well over a decade and is an exceptional cat mom. She loved and cared for her then fiancé’s adorable dogs and was absolutely devastated when Scrappy passed (he was old and died peacefully). He was her best friend for the longest time and she’d send me pictures of him almost daily. Hina has also watched my fur babies on more than one occasion, for as long as two months when I was overseas. I have a husky (who’s a HANDFUL) and she knows exactly how to deal with him. She’ll play with him until he’s absolutely exhausted. He gets so excited when he sees her, he jumps and runs around in joy. I also have three cats, and they love Hina just as much! They can be jerks to me sometimes but never to Hina. She just has a way with animals. She truly loves every animal she comes across and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my pets. If you want unconditional love and care for your pets, someone to love your little fur babies the way you would, please do yourself a favor and request Hina. You won’t regret it, trust me.”
