Sahba watched my two pups for nearly a week in my home while I traveled. He was truly excellent! He was so kind and professional, a good communicator, and he provided daily updates with some photos. Hong was great! I had a last minute booking request and I have never used her before so I was a bit nervous. She also doesn’t speak English so I wasn’t sure if it’ll go well. However, she used a Translation app and communication was not a problem at all. She made sure I was always up to date with how Roux was doing and made me feel so comfortable. I always felt like I knew what Roux was doing. I highly recommend her!
