Hannah is amazing! She’s super communicative and sent multiple daily updates. She showed so much attention and care to our chihuahua puppy-even taking him to a family event of hers so our puppy wasn’t ever alone. When our flight home was delayed, she took extra effort to make sure we were on the flight home before she left. I’d hire her again in a heart beat.
This is our 2nd time using Hannah and we have never had any complaints! Our dogs love her and we look forward to booking her again. We are lucky to have her!
I am not happy to write this review because she is a very nice girl. My story goes as this. I booked Hannah to stay with my animals in home stay as I was gone on a trip. upon my return the animals were well no issues, but I suspected that she did not stay at my house as I had booked her to do. Several days after I had arrived back home I received a letter from my landlord due to barking complaints late at night. Second, I received a letter from Orange County as this complaint went all the way to Orange County of my dog barking at night during the time that she should’ve been staying at my place. This is why I paid the money that I did for her to stay with my animals and clearly she did not and now I am having to deal with the county due to a dog complaint for barking. I will not rebook with Hannah.
Hannah was amazing with my 2 doodles. They loved having her stay 2 nights with them. She sent a lot of updates and was very responsive whenever I checked in.
Hannah was absolutely amazing! I had to leave on a very last-minute trip, and she made the entire experience completely stress-free. She was so responsible, kind, and communicative, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. My girl cat is usually very shy and timid, but she really loved Hannah’s calm, kind energy. I will definitely be contacting Hannah again to check in on my animals. I can’t recommend her enough!
Hannah was so amazing and kind! She took such great care of my babies! I have two and she handled it perfectly. My small dog doesn’t like a lot of people but he warmed up to Hannah which doesn’t happen often!
