I had an amazing experience! The most important thing to me was that my precious Bella felt comfortable, and I could tell from the photos that she was relaxed and happy. That gave me so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay, and they were incredibly flexible when I needed to extend Bella’s stay by an extra day. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband came out together to welcome Bella, and they absolutely fell in love with her. Juan provided services for us for our nearly 1 month vacation overseas. We needed someone reliable, caring and attentive, Juan fit that hat perfectly. Thanks to Juan and his superb dog boarding we could be practically a world away and still get regular updates/pictures. He also took care of our newest addition to our family, our puppy Chewie who was not even 6months old and provided him loving care while also giving him structure to learn and grow. Finding Catherine was a blessing! She was super responsive when I first reached out to ask about watching our dogs- one of which is paralyzed (and stinky) - and assured me taking care of him would be no problem. She loved on our doggies, sent plenty of updates the first day, and gave them all the treats and outside time and cuddles to make them feel at home.
