“Lisa, is awesome and our little doggie loves staying with Lisa. We couldn’t have ask for a better dog sitter, as we don’t have to worry about the care of our beloved Susie.”

About: I’ve taken care of family pets since I was a young teenager and have since taken care of my own fur babies for the past 8 years. I also have veterinary experience as I currently am a Veterinary Assistant with 3 years of experience. You can rest assured that your pets are safe with me and would be treated as my own. Allow me to alleviate a possible stressor in your travels by being a trusted pet sitter for your fur family. I understand from first hand experience with my own that each fur baby can be different and require additional needs, I am willing and capable of catering the service I provide to be as best as it can for your particular fur baby. Comfortable and experienced with Dogs, Cats, and some smaller exotics (Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, etc). I currently work full-time at a vet clinic, however, I am fully available Wednesdays and Sundays with 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month being available as well. Even with work, I am able to make early morning, afternoon, and evening trips during my work days as well, if needed, as I start at 8am, take lunch 12-1pm and then am off by 6pm. For boarding stays, your fur-baby will be in their own dedicated room that will contain their food, water, bedding, and any additional necessities you’d like them to have with them. Mondays and Saturdays are the only days they would be by themselves in their room, however, they would still be taken out in the morning (before 7:30am), during my lunch break (12-1pm), and after work (6pm). The rest of the week, my partner (who also has been in the veterinary field) works from home in the same room your fur-baby would stay in and will be assisting with monitoring them while I’m away for work. I have experience with strict and more relaxed feeding instructions and specifications. I also have experience giving medications as well as bathing. From fenced backyards to leashed potty-breaks, I have you covered. While I have my own fur-babies, you can rest assure that your own baby will be kept in their dedicated room while staying for boarding with us (unless specifically given approval to mingle with my fur-babies during potty-time/play-time)
“I’m so grateful that Anne was available to take such great care of my pup! He had the best time playing with little Oakley and I will definitely reach out to you the next time he needs a sitter/play date! Thank you for everything!!”

“I can’t remember now how many times Denys and her sister have taken care of Remi and Roie. They are the best sitters ever. The boys have a very restricted diet and every time they have stayed with Denys they always come happy and healthy. I have tried other sitters due to availability and no one take as good care as Denys. Thanks!”

“Carla was amazing! Both my pups seemed to adore her ( even my shy girl Fergie). She was super flexible and made sure they were welcome in her home. Highly recommend and will be using her services again for my next trip if available.”

“Michelle did an incredible job taking care of my dog! She was reliable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my pup was happy and well cared for. I appreciated the regular updates and could tell my dog was in great hands. It’s clear that Michelle has a genuine love for animals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

“Joanna is great. It was such a relief knowing our dog was in safe, loving, and attentive hands while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her service!”

“Terrie was fantastic with my three dogs. One was a six month old puppy who needs more attention and Terrie gave it to her. I felt so comfortable leaving my pups with her. She clearly loves dogs and her home is set up to make all dogs comfortable. She is very considerate with dogs and their personalities and their special dispositions. She made my day so enjoyable because there were no worries concerning my pups care.”

“This could not have been a better situation for Lyla. She was so well taken care of and Zuleica even doctored a long lasting infection we’ve been fighting and Lyla returned in better shape than I left her. So thankful to have found these sweet people and cannot recommend them enough for pet care as you travel!”

“Cristen and her family were wonderful with my dog Midnight. He has separation anxiety, so they made sure he was not alone and gave him lots of love. I appreciate them very much!”

“Milton loved his stay with Susann! Susann and her family gave him so much love and took him on plenty of adventures! I appreciated Susann’s daily updates and photos so I knew how Milton was doing throughout his time with her and her family. I will definitely be booking again next time I leave town!”

“Miranda & Curtis is the perfect family I found to watch my two German Shepherd’s! Gave me cute updates with pictures and videos and their own dog, Lucky, made our dogs feel at home. I have booked twice so far and will continue my boarding with them.”

“Shannon was amazing with my old man. I had booked someone previously but was uncomfortable with it and then I found Shannon. She put me at ease. I would 100% rebook next time we go out of town.”

“If I could give a 10 star rating I would! At the meet and greet, I could feel the excitement that Mia & Jason had. I knew I was leaving my Trixi in great hands. You won’t be disappointed in booking with this caring and loving family! I will definitely be booking again!”

“Bryan has watched our cat and dog a few times and is always great! He keeps us updated with pictures and lets us know if there is ever anything going on with our pets. Our pets feel at home with Bryan and we recommend him highly:)”

“Marie is an outstanding dog sitter! She went above and beyond to make both my dogs and myself feel comfortable while we were away. She sent lots of pictures and videos and treated my dogs like her own. I highly recommend her!”

I am available for boarding drop-offs and pickups after 5pm. I provide consistent and quality care to pets I am watching throughout the week. “Richard was great. Quick to respond and was happy with the updates that he sent me. Things couldn't have worked out any better and will definitely look into using Richard again in the future.”

“Maria was amazing!! :) I would highly recommend her! My dog Charlie is a nervous Cavalier. It was clear that Maria made him feel at ease. Not an easy thing to do. She showered him with attention, took him for walks and kept up me updated with pictures and messages daily.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Winter Springs
Andrea was so amazing. Not only did she make me feel at home when I brought my pupper over, she also fully described to me what the visit would be like and where Maizie would be. She sent me photos every day and her pups were so friendly with my girl. As an anxiously attached pet parent, Andrea made it so I could relax on my trip and knew Maizie would be okay. Thank you so much, 10/10 will be booking again

Carmin was wonderful! We needed a pet sitter for a 10 day trip and we were so grateful to find her! We had a meet and greet and she listened carefully as we discussed our pet's needs. We felt good about leaving him with her. She took great care of him while we were gone and communicated often with us letting us know how he was adjusting and sending pictures. It was an excellent experience and we will book Carmin again when we have another trip.

Sarah was extremely attentive and excellent with my dogs. She communicated thoroughly and impressively quickly, helping me navigate the process for the first time, and my dogs were clearly chuffed under her tutelage. Will absolutely be reaching back out to Sarah for any future needs. Highly recommended.

This family is truly stellar! They are incredibly flexible, accommodating, and lead with genuine care. My pups are treated so much like their own that they’re actually reluctant to come home after a long stay! If you’re looking for a welcoming environment where your four-legged kiddos will be truly loved, you’ve found the right place. My pups are always excited to jump out of the truck and run inside to find their friends and 'second family.' Highly recommended for anyone who wants total peace of mind!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
