Susann is awesome! This was the first time we had someone watch our dog (other than family) so we were nervous. She reassured us and sure enough, everything was perfect! We received detailed updates twice a day with many pictures so we saw our baby was having a great time and was being well taken cared of. I had an amazing experience! The most important thing to me was that my precious Bella felt comfortable, and I could tell from the photos that she was relaxed and happy. That gave me so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay, and they were incredibly flexible when I needed to extend Bella’s stay by an extra day. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband came out together to welcome Bella, and they absolutely fell in love with her. It was obvious that they genuinely care about the pets they look after. I highly recommend them and would definitely trust them with Bella again!
