“Loved having Susann and her family watch over my grandpa fur baby. She is super nice and sends you pictures with updates on how your doggie is doing. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Christy was fantastic! We have kept our dogs with her before, and will continue to do so. We felt confident entrusting her. She took great care of them, sent pictures and her home is a clean, wonderful place to stay! Thank you, Christy!”

“Sam was a new sitter for us, as our regular sitter wasn’t available, but from the moment I booked with her, I knew June would be in great hands. June felt right at home the second I dropped her off, and I received multiple pictures each day showing all the fun she was having. It gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Sam took wonderful care of June, and I highly recommend her as a sitter.”

“Caroline kept Koda for a week and sent pictures and videos at least once a day. Koda takes a little while to adjust to a new environment, which means he didn’t eat at first. Caroline went to the store and bought him chicken to add to his food, which got him eating. Not only did Koda have a fenced in yard to run around, but they also went on walks. I would recommend Caroline and will book her in the future knowing Koda will be well taken care of.”

“Millie was great! She cared for Gracie as if she was her own. She sent us pics daily and kept up with her teeth cleaning and baths, ensuring Gracie was comfortable. Knowing Gracie was being so well taken care of allowed us to have a wonderful trip and peace of mind while away. We will definitely reach out to Millie in the future for any sitting needs :)”

“Luke was amazing, and able to watch my golden with a last minute need and then a last minute extension after the thanksgiving holiday. He was friendly, thoughtful and my Zoë settled in quickly with his calm and caring demeanor. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely return.”

“Absolutely the best. I would give her 10 stars if permitted. We have a 13 year old, 8lb, princess Maltese named Lily. Contacted Karen thru Rover and got an immediate response. Did a meet and greet. Upon entering her home Lily went right to her. Has a beautiful home in a private community. As Lily has gotten older she doesn't enjoy traveling any more. Left Lily with Karen for 10 days. Karen knew we were worried and regularly sent us text with photos. When we picked up Lily she was totally relaxed and no signs of stress. Karen showed an unbelievable caring for Lily. Karen is Lily's new best friend and the only one we would leave Lily with when traveling in the future.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I love it . Denys was so nice and kind . She kept us always with and update and makes us feel secure . Thank you so much Denys for taking care of Choco . If you ever need a pet care Denys definitely is the one . ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️”

“Rita was a attentive and affectionate dog sitter and was perfect for my dog. I felt secure and very comfortable leaving my little jewel with her. I will use her again and would highly recommend her”

“Christina was so great with Clover! She sent me pictures and/or videos each day of the week. She looked so happy to be there. I highly recommend and will definitely have Clover return.”

“Sarah was so great! She communicated quickly and sent me pictures of my fur baby when I was out of town. I trust her to watch Pepper and look forward to her watching him again!”

“5 star rating!!! Rolanda was great, at the last minute I was able to attend an event, she was able to keep my puppy and gave updates on how he was doing, I will use her again for overnight boarding and would recommend her to any pet owner, She made it is easy to drop off and pick up, much appreciated!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Heathrow
Cristy was fantastic! She was very easy to work with; organized, friendly, and reliable. She knows exactly how to take care of fur babies and is well versed in how to read their particular temperaments. I was so happy to get a picture of my dog while I was away. This is my first time with Rover so I was a bit nervous. It was a great experience. We’ll be back!

Luke was great with my dog Oscar and I received nice photos and a video of Oscar during this overnight stay. I knew Oscar was in good hands with Luke watching him. If I’m in the north Orlando area again for work I would definitely have Luke watch Oscar again if he’s available. Thank you Luke!

Karen took exceptional care of our goldendoodle, Teddi. She sent frequent updates and photos and took her on a lot of walks. She went over and above to make sure Teddi felt comfortable and cared for. I would definitely recommend Karen for anyone needing a sitter for their fur baby!

This a great sitter for my 2 boys, Carina is a caring, loving sitter and treats your pets as if they are her pets. The boys have a great time over Carina's house, with 3, 4 legged playmates and one that looks like them, but in mini form for now, also a little human that interacts with the boys as they are her puppies, all had a great time! Carina sends pictures of your pet while your away, just looking in their little faces, they are happy and comfortable staying over. I have already booked their next stay there, very pleased with her service.

Susann and her family took Björn in for a long weekend and truly treated him like one of their own. He got tons of walks, playing at the dog park and at their home. I explained Björn had separation anxiety, and they made sure he was never alone. I’m so glad i found you, and that you were available with such short notice. You made my trip so much less stressful. Love that you have everything in your home to welcome our furry children. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
