“Andrea took amazing care of mars! She sent over tons of photos and was very flexible with my schedule. Mars felt very at home by the time I came to pick him up :) definitely planning on requesting Andrea in the future!”

“Carmin was wonderful. She kept in touch every day, sent pics & videos of Eddie. Carmin was very organized & Eddie was fine. I didn’t worry at all about our pup at all. Next time we go on vacation I will go back to Carmin.”

“Was apprehensive about leaving my pups as we haven’t boarded them often, especially out of state. She put me at ease immediately and took wonderful care of my babies. Even though they were both glad to see me upon my return I could tell that they were happy so I will definitely return. Thank you so much!”

“This was my first time using Rover and a pet sitter. Brian was amazing. He sent me updates and pictures several times a day, and my pups looked very happy. The best part of Brian’s service is that he works from home so my pups were with him all day. It made me feel good knowing that my pups weren’t in a kennel all day like they would be in at the pet resort I used in the past. I highly recommend Brian. He’s the best!”

“Lisa was great with Molly! She had a big backyard for her to run around and play ball with the other dogs. Constant updates with pictures. She made she she gave attention to Molly even though she had other dogs she was watching. Will definetly be back!”

“Once again, Paddy had a "vacation" at Adriana's while we were out of town. He loves his stays there and I am totally comfortable with leaving him in her excellent care. She is a wonderful sitter and I recommend her unconditionally!”

“Denys went above and beyond in taking of our pups. Excellent communication, regular updates, and a genuine love for animals made us feel confident and at ease during our time away. I highly recommend Denys to anyone seeking top-notch pup care.”

“Milton loved his stay with Susann! Susann and her family gave him so much love and took him on plenty of adventures! I appreciated Susann’s daily updates and photos so I knew how Milton was doing throughout his time with her and her family. I will definitely be booking again next time I leave town!”

“Christina was wonderful with the care of my dog QC. Our dog's are our children , which some do not understand. So I was pretty nervous due to past experiences with close friends. Christina kept me well updated & sent me pictures of him. My boy is very energetic & sometimes I need him to calm down .. lol. After coming back from Christina's he was very calm. Went straight to the bedroom & layed out on the carpet snoring loud 😂. I would Definitely recommend & definitely rebook with her.”

“Christy was fantastic with our dogs. She was always quick to respond and communicate. She is very professional, experienced and well-knowledged in the needs of pets, and ours. We will always use her when needed!”

“Terrie was great! She made Tyson feel at home right from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable about how to take care of multiple dogs in a home setting. He had lots of play time and even got a photo shoot in front of her Christmas tree. It was great getting pictures of him all through his stay.”

“Chayla has been keeping both my cat and dog for past few weeks and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter during my time of need! Thank you again girl!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Longwood
This a great sitter for my 2 boys, Carina is a caring, loving sitter and treats your pets as if they are her pets. The boys have a great time over Carina's house, with 3, 4 legged playmates and one that looks like them, but in mini form for now, also a little human that interacts with the boys as they are her puppies, all had a great time! Carina sends pictures of your pet while your away, just looking in their little faces, they are happy and comfortable staying over. I have already booked their next stay there, very pleased with her service.

Christina and her family were absolutely amazing! Pleasure meeting them and immediately felt my St. Bernard was in amazing hands. She’s one of our kids so finding the right person was very important. She came back so happy and healthy and Christina stayed in touch the entire trip. I Can’t recommend enough will definitely be the person I trust going forward.

This family is truly stellar! They are incredibly flexible, accommodating, and lead with genuine care. My pups are treated so much like their own that they’re actually reluctant to come home after a long stay! If you’re looking for a welcoming environment where your four-legged kiddos will be truly loved, you’ve found the right place. My pups are always excited to jump out of the truck and run inside to find their friends and 'second family.' Highly recommended for anyone who wants total peace of mind!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
