“Extremely caring and considerate to the fur babies, she treats them like they’re her own. I felt very confident and relieved that my kitty had Carli to rely on while I was away, I could relax knowing that she’d be well taken care of. Thank you Carli!!”

“We are so grateful she was able to do a drop-in for us on such short notice. From the beginning, her communication was excellent and she kept us updated the entire time with lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. She handled our Doberman’s energy so well and truly went above and beyond during the visit. It was clear she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared. We felt completely comfortable knowing our girl was in such good hands. We will absolutely be booking with her again! ❤️”

“Luisa is timely and we’ve used her twice to check in on our kitties. One of our kitties can be a bit territorial so we are grateful that she is so fearless and willing to check in on him. She sends us great photos and updates on how the kitties are doing while we are gone”

“Tatiana really is the best of the best! She's always communicative and goes above and beyond for our cat. Rocket absolutely loves her and that means a lot to us.”

About: I’ve taken care of family pets since I was a young teenager and have since taken care of my own fur babies for the past 8 years. I also have veterinary experience as I currently am a Veterinary Assistant with 3 years of experience. You can rest assured that your pets are safe with me and would be treated as my own. Allow me to alleviate a possible stressor in your travels by being a trusted pet sitter for your fur family. I understand from first hand experience with my own that each fur baby can be different and require additional needs, I am willing and capable of catering the service I provide to be as best as it can for your particular fur baby. Comfortable and experienced with Dogs, Cats, and some smaller exotics (Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, etc). I currently work full-time at a vet clinic, however, I am available Wednesdays and Sundays with 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month being available as well. I am able to make early morning and evening trips during my work days as well, if needed, as I start at 8am and am off by 6pm. I have experience with strict and more relaxed feeding instructions and specifications. I also have experience giving medications as well as bathing. From fenced backyards to leashed potty-breaks, I have you covered.
About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and grew up with smaller dogs in my home while developing a love for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I currently care for my cat, Teddy, and our new kitten, Minnie, which has given me daily experience with feeding schedules, playtime, litter box maintenance, and providing plenty of love and attention. As someone who works remotely and attends school online, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care, companionship, walks, and potty breaks throughout the day. I promise to treat your pets with the same care and patience that I give my own! I currently work remotely as an online fitness coach while also attending school online, which gives me a very flexible schedule. Because I work from home, I can provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, companionship, and regular check ins throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and have the flexibility to adapt to your pet’s routine and needs! I care for pets in their own home where they are most comfortable and can maintain their normal routine. I understand the importance of following feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and household rules exactly as requested. As a pet owner myself, I prioritize safety, patience, and building trust with every animal in my care. I’m also willing to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!
“Shirley is so great with my old boy, Hank!! She’s always on time and makes sure to keep me up to date on everything so I don’t have to worry a bit while I’m gone. She really cares for my boy, goes above and beyond and I never have to worry about his well being in her care!”

“Christina has been wonderful with our puppy Brodie. We are using her for drop ins. She has been prompt and has been very loving with our boy. I would not hesitate to use her services again or refer friends.”

About: I’ve lived with many different animals all my life. I’ve had horses, dogs, cats, hermit crabs. I have always been a major animal lover and will always at some point in my life have an animal of some sort! I’m currently a first time mom and I’m working with my mom part time through the week so she can watch my baby while I get back out working again. I am usually willing to work any time usually in the mornings and afternoons. I usually when I first get to a clients home is take the dog out or empty the litter to get that out of the way. Then I’ll do a walk through incase of any messes, then do medications if needed along with giving food and filling up water. And last but not least have the most time for play time!!
“She’s an amazing pet sitter and I would definitely use her again! She went above and beyond and learned how to administer my cat’s inhaler so he wouldn’t miss a dose for his asthma while I was gone! My three kitties were so timid, but she still made sure they were comfortable and brought their meals to where they were hiding so they would still eat. Loved all the photos of my babies too so I could see how they were doing!”

“I contacted Jonathan last minute as I had a family emergency, I needed to fly out of state for. I had never used a pet sitter before and wasn't sure what to expect. Jonathan did a great job in communicating with me and sending pictures at each visit. I would definitely use Rover and Jonathan again as he did a top-notch service. Thanks again Jonathan for helping out in a last-minute situation.”

“Jamie D. is AMAZING! She came over before our scheduled times to meet Leo and Max. Max is very picky about meeting new people and he was in love with her after 2 visits. She is great about keeping you informed and even shares photos from her visit. She'll be the only person I use as long as she's Rover-ing. 🤩”

Becca was AMAZING to work with! She was so helpful and responsive in getting all the details of our booking confirmed and I so appreciated her detailed updates and pictures of my sweet pooches. I highly recommend Becca and I’ll absolutely be booking her again for any future drop-in or boarding needs.
Zach did an amazing job taking care of our two Golden Retrievers and cat while our regular Rover sitter was on vacation. From the moment we met him, it was clear that he genuinely loves animals, and that really showed in the way he cared for our dogs and cat. He was incredibly energetic, giving them plenty of exercise, attention, and playtime, while also making sure they stayed on their normal routine. Zach was extremely thorough with every aspect of their care, and his communication and updates gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It's not easy trusting someone new with your pets, but he exceeded our expectations in every way. We came home to two happy, well cared for pets, and we wouldn't hesitate to book him again. We highly recommend Zach to anyone looking for someone who is caring, dependable, and truly passionate about animals!

Ashland was excellent with our dogs Chloe and Mochi. She played with them and they truly enjoyed her company, and care! Ashland is punctual , and well versed in doggie care. Photos were sent every visit which eased our minds, Will be using Ashland in the future for sure!
Brent was amazing with my dogs! He visited twice to let them out and feed them, and he sent plenty of pictures during each visit, which gave me so much peace of mind. I was very happy knowing both dogs were safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home. I would definitely book him again!

Shelby was amazing! She is very sweet even when my dog decided to tear up his bedding, she cleaned it and was attentive to him. She was punctual and on time to every single drop in, and made me feel way better about being away from home. I would recommend her for any of your pet needs!

Gina was so helpful and kind and great for our pup while she was getting used to us not working at home. It was a big change but Gina helped us and Bella get through it! Super respectful, provided check-in info everyday and little notes about how Bella was doing. Couldn’t have been happier with her service!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Longwood with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
