About: I’ve had and cared for dogs and cats since I was 5. In my group of friends and colleagues, I am known as the quintessential animal lover. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my pups and kitties. I have fostered dogs and cats (and I’ve randomly rescued 3 opossums in the last year alone). I’ve taken care of puppies and kittens, medically complicated animals, and incontinent seniors with dementia. I had two senior dogs who passed in the last two years and I’m not ready to have another one just yet but I do miss being around them. Would love to take care of your fur babies 😊 I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule so I can usually accommodate different times for walks, play, etc. If I’m staying in your home overnight, your animals wouldn’t be alone for more than an hour or two at most and even that I can adapt as needed (for puppies, for example). I know each house and pet parent has their own way of doing things. I’ll gladly adapt to what you, your pet and/or your house need.
“Ashland is absolutely the best care giver for pets! We are beyond grateful for finding her! She is incredibly sweet and her love for animals is amazing. Thank you for sharing all the photos and information from your visits.”

“Ava was amazing! She made sure the kitties were well taken care of and sent lots of pics. Our flight was delayed and she made sure they were set up with extra food and water until we got home. Highly recommend!”

“Jenna was Awesome she took care of Maximus and updated us on all he did and took pics of him. We were so happy to see Maximus was well taken care of. Thank you Jenna”

“We were gone for two weeks, and not gonna lie, we missed Salem and Sabrina (I call them Satan and Sabby, Salem earned his nickname). Anyway, we were immediately comfortable with Rebecca and she did take such good care of them. There is no doubt that we will invite her back the next time we travel.”

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. I used to volunteer at a dog shelter. I just personally love animals and are really good with animals I work part time but I have a very flexible schedule, I’d always make time to take care of pets when needed. I love all dogs big and small I have a blue tick hound that I rescued. I always play with her and take her out, she loves sleeping on my bed with me or in my room.
About: I've been a devoted dog owner for over eight years and have cared for my rescue dog since he was a puppy. He was a shy, anxious dog from the beginning and has always been very cautious around new people. Building his confidence and earning his trust taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and allowing dogs to feel safe at their own pace. Today, he remains my loyal sidekick and has rarely left my side. Now that he's entering his senior years, I've gained firsthand experience adapting to his changing needs, routines, and slower pace of life. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. If I had the space, I'd happily have a whole pack of dogs! I'll treat your dog with the same love, patience, attention, and respect that I give my own, so you can feel confident they're in caring, reliable hands. Pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle. I'm an active person who enjoys getting outside every day, so dog walks and playtime are something I genuinely look forward to. I'm currently building my own wellness business, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I understand how important consistency is for dogs, and I'm committed to following their routines so they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you're away. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply having someone keep them company, I'm happy to tailor my care to their individual needs. When caring for your dog in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress free as possible. I'll carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, exercise, and any special preferences or restrictions. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and comfort level, so I take the time to earn their trust and let them adjust at their own pace. I also respect your home as if it were my own. I'll keep things clean and secure, make sure your dog is safe at all times, and provide regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away. My priority is making sure both you and your dog feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for.
About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs with different ages and energy levels. I help care for my family’s 5-year-old dog and have raised my own dog, Kai, since he was a puppy. Kai is now 1.5 years old and very energetic, so I am comfortable with active play, walks, routines, and helping high-energy dogs settle. He is neutered and very loving to all dogs. I am equally comfortable providing calm, attentive care for more relaxed adult dogs! As a full-time law student, I am typically in class for about four hours a day. Outside of class, I have plenty of time to provide your furry friend with walks, playtime, love, and attentive care. My schedule allows me to be dependable and give pets the love and attention they deserve while you are away! I live in a spacious, clean apartment where pets can safely free roam and feel comfortable. My apartment community also has a dog park and plenty of grassy areas where dogs can walk, sniff, explore, and enjoy mental enrichment. I make sure my home stays tidy and pet-friendly so every dog has a safe, relaxing environment during their stay.
About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog walker/dog sitter and have been boarding dogs for 4+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I grew up with a household of furry friends! I couldn't imagine my life without them. They bring so much joy and happiness to my family's life. Seeing their little faces everyday just puts a smile on my face! My happy Place is with Them. Dog Mom I work part time in more mornings and I am available in the afternoons to take care of your babies. On Wednesdays and Thursdays I am available all day. For weekends with advance reservation I can make adjustments 🥰❤️ I have a fence yard in the back and unfence yard on front of the house. I Have a Goldendoodle who is very friendly. Smoke free. Clean place 🥇ONLY FRIENDLY DOGS FOR THE SAFETY OF DOGS, PEOPLE AND NEIGHBORS
“I will definitely book with Lori again next time we need a sitter for Archie and Buoy. I had a sitter lined up that backed out at the last minute and Lori stepped right in as soon as I requested services. She and her daughters were at my home less than 30 minutes later to meet us and go over everything for the drop ins. She sent great photos and both my crazy dogs looked very happy. She even cleaned up a pile of cardboard they decided to destroy for fun. Highly recommend Lori and her daughters!”

About: I am a lover to all pets, but especially big dogs. Some people are scared of them, but I think that they’re the biggest babies ever. I’ve had one of my own so I know from personal experience. I’ve handled pets from the tiniest to the biggest so I love them all. I currently work full-time. But I’m a very flexible person and I have no problem with early mornings or late afternoons. I’m honestly OK with any time upon discussion. Just reach out! I care for pets in their own environment so they stay comfortable and stress-free. I follow their daily routine, give plenty of attention, go for walks or play sessions, and make sure they’re fed and happy. I also keep the home tidy and secure while you’re away.
“Christina is so wonderful! This was my first time leaving my dog with anyone other than family. Christina is patient and knowledgeable. My dog was extremely nervous and anxious but Christina was able to comfort her. She took the best care of and I’m so grateful!!! I highly recommend her to everyone!”

About: I’m a dependable, caring animal lover who knows that your pets are family. I’ve spent my life caring for animals and know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your dog or cat. I don’t think of myself as purely a cat person or a dog person; I love them both! I’m semi-retired and have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Whether your fur kid loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with someone, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’m patient with pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to sweet senior kitties who need a little extra care. I’ve taken care of my pets when they’re ill, from giving pills to giving subcutaneous fluids. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep routines consistent, and will send regular photo and text updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is getting the best care. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! I’m semi-retired and have a ton of free time, which I will happily spend taking care of your beloved cats and/or dogs, attending to all their needs, even if it’s just lots of cuddles. I’m a loving cat (and dog) mom. I love nothing more than petting my cat while relaxing and getting him to purr. I make sure he has a healthy diet and doesn’t overeat, although he gets treats occasionally.
About: I’ve had plenty of animals growing up including dogs, cats, birds and fish and always was the care taker of them. Animals have a instant bond with me and can sense the genuine love for them. I’m a medically retired veteran at 25 y/o so I am mostly home with my 2 dogs and have plenty of time to walk other dogs too. I live in luxury apartments that are dog friendly so there is a long walking trail around the lake along with a dog park inside the community.
“Valerie and Bryan were wonderful and our pets loved them! They were early and took great care of our house and yard while looking after our dog and cat. We received multiple pictures with each visit as well as detailed notes during each drop in. Highly recommend their help!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Casselberry
Brooklynn was amazing! She did drop-ins for us for several days and was very communicative, respectful, and punctual- Most importantly our dogs loved her! The rover cards were thoughtfully filled out and we knew our pups were going to be well taken care of. This was our first time using rover and she made the experience great!

Becca was AMAZING to work with! She was so helpful and responsive in getting all the details of our booking confirmed and I so appreciated her detailed updates and pictures of my sweet pooches. I highly recommend Becca and I’ll absolutely be booking her again for any future drop-in or boarding needs.
Luna is a very structured sitter. She keeps my pets on schedule and gives them love and attention while I’m away. She also cleans any messes they make which is not a fun thing to do. I have no worries when I’m away which allows me to enjoy myself. I highly recommend her! 😊

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
