About: We’ve both been dog people our entire lives and understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for when you’re away. Most recently, we shared 14 wonderful years with our yellow lab/golden mix, Roxie, who we lost to cancer over Thanksgiving. Caring for her through every stage of life — from playful adult years to senior care — taught us patience, attentiveness, and the importance of meeting each dog exactly where they are. We’ve also been Rover clients ourselves, so we truly understand the trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s home. Our goal is to be the kind of sitters we always looked for: calm, communicative, and focused on making your dog feel like part of the family. We love walks, backyard playtime, games of fetch, and plenty of snuggles. At this time, we host one dog at a time, or two dogs from the same household, so your pup gets plenty of individual attention in a relaxed environment. We’re happiest with friendly, well-mannered dogs who enjoy a home setting and are comfortable around children. A work-from-home schedule means dogs are rarely left alone and are part of our daily routine. Pet care fits naturally into our schedule for morning walks, midday backyard breaks, playtime throughout the day, and calm evenings at home. Because we’re home most of the time, we’re able to keep a close eye on routines, energy levels, and any special needs, whether that’s extra potty breaks, medication schedules, or just reassurance in a new space. We offer both daytime care and overnight boarding, with flexible drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Our home is dog-friendly, calm, and set up for comfort. We have a medium-sized, fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and live in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for daily walks. Inside, dogs are treated like family. They’re welcome to relax, nap, and settle in just as they would at home. We have a young son who has grown up around dogs and is respectful toward them, so we require dogs to be kid-friendly. We do not have any other pets and intentionally limit the number of dogs we host to keep the environment low-stress and safe. We’re attentive, communicative sitters and are happy to provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always our top priorities.

New clients are requested to book a meet and greet prior to their first stay. Their Pet Retreat offers a relaxing and tranquil shaded lanai around the pool overlooking a shady and spacious back yard to run and chase the squirrels, lizards and birds. As a licensed massage therapist, Gypsy enjoys snuggling and rubbing the furry bellies. Keith enjoys daily exercise with your fur babies by playing chase, hide-n-seek and daily walks through our shady neighborhood. We feel every fur baby deserves a vacation full of TLC & FUN! I work from home and can provide 24/7 care for your fur babies. We enjoy providing a safe haven full of fun activities, lots of belly rubs and TLC. We have a large fenced in backyard for them to explore and play with their new friends they make as we help teach them social skills. Never a dull moment at our retreat. About: I was lucky enough to have a Mom with a full time job as a pet sitter, so I grew up helping her care for a variety of animals. I have always been an animal lover, and now that I’m working from home with a lot of flexibility, I have ample time and opportunity to give the best care possible to your 4-legged friends! I’m currently working from home and have a lot of flexibility with my job, so I have lots of time to dedicate to your pets! I am available most weekends for boarding, as well as during the week for walks and extra attention :) I live in an apartment complex with lots of space for walks and exercise. The complex also has a dog park where dogs are free to run and play!

About: Doggy daycare sitter with a male mini doxie. Specializes in light training, dog enrichment, and lots of time for outdoor sniffs and play! Home all week days and can provide a fun filled day for your pup! Will provide photo updates throughout the day! Work from home allows me to have a flexible schedule to take time for pup engagement and play along with great structure for naps and enrichment. Drop off as early as 7:30 AM and pickup as late as 5:30 PM! (But this is totally flexible if needed). I currently have one mini doxie who LOVES friends. He plays great with other small dogs of all breeds and genders and can provide companionship to any dog that comes for daycare for the day.
