I've had dogs and cats all my life, and at one time had 5 dogs of my own! I understand that they all have their unique personalities and will treat your pets as if they were my own. I used to volunteer for dog rescue organizations and was a new intake evaluator for 2 rescues. I've met and evaluated probably around a hundred dogs through the rescues. Dog behavior can sometimes be misunderstood. They process information differently than people. I can help you with manners and communicating with them. They really do just want to make you happy and be your best friend. I use only positive reinforcement methods. If you use or require use of an ecollar or prong collar, I will not be able to walk your dog(s). No judgment, we will just not be a good fit. I know a lot about nutrition and natural solutions for fleas, allergies, digestive issues, stiffness, and way more. I am more than happy to share recommendations if asked. I do dog and cat yoga and massage and will include it as a treat for your pet(s) if they love it. I've actually never met a pet that doesn't! They hold tension and stress just like we do, and seniors can benefit from gentle stretches for mobility, and to reduce stiffness and pain from arthritis. For anxious pets, it helps to calm them down and allow them to relax naturally. For house sitting for dogs, I will be at your home for a minimum of 20 hours per day, and your dog(s) will not be left for more than 2 hours.
