Not only did she make sure our cat was fed, but she also played with her, opened and closed the window blinds for her, and even brushed her. On top of that, she fed our fish and managed the aquarium light schedule in the morning and evening. Jackalyn demonstrated a genuine love for animals and consistently went above and beyond in caring for our pets. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.”

“Shirley is the best. Not only is she an amazing person overall, but she’s the best pet sitter I’ve ever had for my 4 kitty cats. I was shocked that my one cat, who is usually terrified of new people, let her pet him on the second day! She really has a way with animals. You can tell she loves and cares for them deeply. While I was gone I got daily updates and pictures most days. Shirley really went above and beyond to care for my cats. She even helped take out our trash and brought our mail in, which she didn’t have to do. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience caring for a wide range of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I also worked in a dog kennel where I helped manage and care for 25+ dogs, which taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and handle different energy levels and personalities. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Whether your dog is playful, shy, high-energy, or prefers a slower pace, I’m happy to follow their routine and give them the attention they need. I take pet care seriously and always aim to be dependable, communicative, and respectful of your home and your pet’s needs. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. My daily routine is super pet-friendly—I do all my homework from home, so your pet will have company and attention throughout the day. I also work out in my garage, which means I’m never far away and can easily take breaks for playtime, walks, or cuddles. I’m homebody at heart, so your furry friend will always have someone around to keep them happy, safe, and loved. In my home, I treat pets like family—giving them a cozy, calm space where they feel safe and loved. I keep a consistent routine with plenty of playtime, potty breaks, and snuggles, and I always follow any special instructions you provide. When I’m in your home, I care for your pet the same way I would my own—respecting your space, keeping things tidy, and making sure your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether it’s sticking to their feeding schedule, going on their favorite walking route, or giving belly rubs just the way they like them, I make sure they feel right at home.
“Here's a revised version of your review with some enhancements for clarity and flow: --- Sasha was wonderful! I felt a huge relief knowing he was in good hands. Sasha was incredibly kind and even sent me pictures, which made me even happier. I would absolutely choose Sasha to care for my dog again.”

About: Caring for pets has always been a part of my life! I’ve grown up with dogs at home and have looked after them with love and responsibility. I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. I’m currently not working a traditional job, which allows me to have the time and flexibility to care for pets with love and attention. I’m looking for a job that brings me joy and purpose, while still giving me the freedom to be there for my family. When I care for pets in their own home, I always aim to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions carefully—whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any special needs they may have. I make sure they feel safe, loved, and never alone. I also like to keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so they can feel at ease knowing their furry friend is in good hands.

About: Paws & Claws Pet Care of Lake Mary I am mom to an adorable 18lb pup who I raised using the positive reinforcement method. In addition, I've always had pets since I was young. On most days I am currently available for drop-in visits from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I have more flexibility. In June 2026 my schedule changes to Thursday and Sunday with open flexibility and 9:30 am to 10:00 am on Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Saturday. Safety is a priority for me. For boarding, dogs must have updated vaccines, be clean, and free of fleas, worms, mites, etc. During boarding with more than one dog, I always make sure that the new dog gets along well with the other dogs before the pet parent leaves. It’s best to know your dog’s personality. If your dog shows signs that they do not respect other pets boundaries even during play then group boarding may not be the best fit. For everyone's safety, health, and happiness, if the dog does not get along then the pet parent may need to make back up arrangements. For best practices, parents should always have a back up option in case things don't work out or if there is an emergency. To prevent the risk of dogs not getting along, the pet parent can offer to buyout the sitter at their full capacity. Other best practices to consider: For pups who are sensitive to minor sounds, it may be best to book them with a sitter who lives in a house versus an apartment. For dogs who are prone to potty accidents or excessive drooling, it may be best to book them in a home that has wood floors versus full carpeting. Pups who don't like to share attention would match best with sitters who except one dog at a time. Pets who have extremely high energy may be happiest with sitters who have a fenced in yard for them to run around freely.

“Brianna came and took our fur baby for a walk. She took adorable pictures and I love the description she left. It was raining when she came, and she still got him to potty and took the time to play with him. Thanks Brianna!”

About: While I may not have years of experience like some, my love for animals does not fall short. I have taken care of dogs, big and small. Some with dietary restrictions and rigid feeding routines and others with a more lax regimen. I have house sat/pet sat and stayed in the owner’s home on multiple occasions. I’ve taken care of four dogs of various sizes at once, done drop-ins to feed/change water and let the puppers out for friends and family members, and I’ve also stopped by to do something as simple as a quick walk. Whatever you need, I can do it! I can assure you that I will treat your pet as my own. I currently work full time at a law firm in downtown but I live in Sanford. I have a reliable car and I don’t mind driving. I can pet sit/house sit on weekdays but I have work so it would be morning care and evening/night. I can also take a midday break if needed. I am off on the weekends so I will be able to be there full time. Depending on the owner, I have put pets into their crates when leaving the house or at night for sleeping but I have also let them roam freely, if the owner allows it.
“Shirley is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. My pet doesn't like anyone, but warmed up to Shirley immediately. I am looking forward to working with you again. Thank you Shirley! :)”

About: Throughout the past few years, I've sat for several of my neighbors and friend’s dogs, from yorkies to pit bulls. This includes both walks and visits to provide food, water, and fun. Caring for my own dog, Charlotte, in recent years has given me experience in caring for senior dogs. This includes accommodating for hearing loss, blindness, low energy, and stomach problems. I am an incoming college student looking for a fun way to spend my free time. My current schedule is very flexible before I start classes. I am free most days aside from occasional family obligations and weekly senior living volunteering. Safety is my number one priority when caring for your best friend(s). When walking dogs in Florida, I have found it extremely important to monitor the weather and your pets breathing. I will always ensure they have access to enough water and food at meal time. And if they’re allowed, I love giving them the occasional treat.

“With last minute vacation, we found Jackalyn and we love her and Chubbs adores her. Jackalyn is reliable, professional, and genuinely loves dogs. It's comforting to know that Chubbs is cared for like one of their own. The updates, photos, and attention to his needs give us complete peace of mind. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to care for your furry family member, I highly recommend them. Chubbs absolutely adores his walks, and we are so grateful for the wonderful service”

“Alexandra was great with my Milo. From the moment Milo met her he was excited!! She updated me with pictures while I was away!! Definitely would recommend Alexandra to watch your fur baby!! She was awesome with mine!!”

“Ashley and Jacob were super friendly and were easy to communicate with, they were also very flexible which was much appreciated as our trip home took a lot longer than expected. Milly had a great time!”

“Terrie was fantastic! Very communicative during the full process and we got the sense that she genuinely loves what she does and cares for each dog. Constant pictures kept us happy! Her home setup is awesome and having other dogs to play with made Jackson’s stay feel more like a vacation than a kennel. Will book again!”

“Douglania was amazing! She took great care of my pup and sent constant updates and pictures. I can tell my baby really enjoyed his time with Douglania. Highly recommended.”

“We trusted Maria with our fur baby girl and she succeed our expectations. Maria sent me constant updates and videos/pictures making me feel at easy during my 3 days trip. She was kind and lovely. She took Sophie for several walks and adventures. We will definitely book with Maria again.”

“Kevin was amazing with our dog Zoe! She is a very high-spirited dog and he was able to control her for 10 days without ever having to use her e-collar. When we picked her up she was happy, looked great and really seemed to like Kevin a lot! I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs a caring home for their dog while they are away - or even for some training adjustments. Zoe's barking problem seems to be gone now - he really has a remarkable way with canines :)”
