“Peter is wonderful to work with. He has sat our pittie a few times now and is loved by our pup! Peter was on time and this time I forgot to leave instructions out so he confirmed our pups care prior to anything. We will definitely use his services again thank you Peter!”

“Jessica is amazing! Our pups are very anxious and shy with new people, but they warmed right up to her. She was very communicative and personable. Thanks again!”

“Dan was awesome! Apparently there was some excitement on our street the first night he took care of the dogs. But he let us know and worked through it. Our dogs were comfortable with him after he me meet and greet. I will be using Dan again!!”

“My dog was very anxious with us leaving for the day and Jennifer went above and beyond to comfort her and put her at ease. I’m grateful to have found Jennifer!”

“I will definitely book with Lori again next time we need a sitter for Archie and Buoy. I had a sitter lined up that backed out at the last minute and Lori stepped right in as soon as I requested services. She and her daughters were at my home less than 30 minutes later to meet us and go over everything for the drop ins. She sent great photos and both my crazy dogs looked very happy. She even cleaned up a pile of cardboard they decided to destroy for fun. Highly recommend Lori and her daughters!”

“Thank you, Kellye for servicing my cats. They mean a lot to me, and knowing that you were efficient and kind to them, makes me excited to rebook with you in the future.”

“Victoria is great with our elder cat Lola! She is always on time and gives Lola all of the love she needs. Communication is great. We are so happy we found someone we can trust.”

About: I have grown up with dogs of all shapes and sizes my entire life! I enjoy being around animals and love to take care of them. I own two female German shorthaired pointers who have TONS of energy! And that’s what I love most about them. I know how important it is to meet all animals exactly where they’re at temperament wise. I truly enjoy being around animals…more than humans sometimes! I look forward to getting to walk or play with your fur babies! I work a hybrid job, so I am remote 2-3 times a week where I am fully home all day with my pups. On the days I go into the office, my partner comes home during lunch to let our dogs out. On weekends, I am home full time as well. I have a big fenced in backyard perfect for activities! My own pups love to run around and play fetch back there. Dogs are allowed in furniture and to sleep in the bed in my house.
“I met Becca last week before this visit and had a great first visit going over the details of care for my Geriatric Cat. Becca communicated with me every step of the way and took pictures throughout her visit. I know Sneakers enjoyed the attention. When I got home, he was sleeping in his box and everything looked great! Thank you so much for loving on Sneakers.”

“This is my 2nd time using Zach, and I can't be happier! Not only did one of my cats adore him, but he also gave updates on my older cats health. How wonderful it is to go on vacation with not a worry about your fur babies! Thank you Zach!”

“Eva was easy to book with and so great with the run through before our booking. Eva took care of our cats and fish while we were out of town. I was so happy to see she was able to get even our more nervous kitty out for play time! And what a relief to come home to a house that didn’t smell like cats! She did a great job feeding and cleaning up after them!”

About: I've had pets of my own for as long as I can remember and I've been pet-sitting for friends and family since 2015! I love animals and I've taken multiple training and safety classes so I can take care of not just my own fur babies, but others' too! I run my own business out of my home, so I have plenty of time and flexible hours to play with and care for any and all extra fur babies! This house welcomes the extra exercise and serotonin that comes with helping care for your pets! I have a roomy home for your fur baby to feel at home in and a friendly pup to keep yours company. I have extra crates and pet gates for added precaution and comfort as well! I have taken training and pet safety classes as well so i am versed in calming animals, emergency pet cpr, and diffusing aggression if necessary!
“Gaby is excellent! Gaby kept us informed about our dog in every visit. She was always on time. Dog was not eating first two days and she even offered to prepare chicken for him. I will definitely use her services again and recommend her 100%”

“Cristen was absolutely wonderful with my 11 year old English Bulldog.. she sent daily pics to make sure I knew Rosco was in good hands. She also have him lots of love and snuggles.. I would highly recommend her to take care of your doggies.”

“Tatiana replaced our smoke alarm battery when it died while we were away because it kept beeping and she was concerned for Molly. This is not a sitter who goes through the motions (although she is thorough with photos and check-ins) but rather she cares about your home and your pet.”

The median cost per visit for pet sitting in Winter Springs is $20
Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Winter Springs
1st day back. At 10:40am I heard Gizmo meowing. He was sitting by the front door looking out. This was the time Caitlyn visited everyday. He was obviously looking for her. That pretty much says it all. She took great care of him and kept us informed every day.
Luisa is timely and we’ve used her twice to check in on our kitties. One of our kitties can be a bit territorial so we are grateful that she is so fearless and willing to check in on him. She sends us great photos and updates on how the kitties are doing while we are gone

Morgan was great; she was timely with her visits and make sure the needed tasks for my cat were done. Even though my cat stayed hidden for the majority of her visits, she made it a point to stay for the time, in the hopes my cat would come out from hiding and get to know her. Will use Morgan again in the future!

This is my second time booking with Addie and couldn’t recommend her more. I am confident that she will be reliable, respectful, and loving with my cat. I appreciate that she stays for the whole time making sure the animal feels the love and attention, and she is excellent with her updates and quick responses!

I met Becca last week before this visit and had a great first visit going over the details of care for my Geriatric Cat. Becca communicated with me every step of the way and took pictures throughout her visit. I know Sneakers enjoyed the attention. When I got home, he was sleeping in his box and everything looked great! Thank you so much for loving on Sneakers.

Ashland was excellent with our dogs Chloe and Mochi. She played with them and they truly enjoyed her company, and care! Ashland is punctual , and well versed in doggie care. Photos were sent every visit which eased our minds, Will be using Ashland in the future for sure!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
